Hi everyone I've been on here a little while and decided to say hello! :-)

It's my first cycle ttc#1

My af was due on Monday and no sign as yet trying to wait as long as possible before taking the test - I did one on tues and got a bfn
-fingers crossed for lots of bfp's!!

When I got the neg on tues I was devastated I was convinced I was I think getting a bfn makes you realise how much you wanted it to be positive I will be doing it tomorrow tho! If I am it will show so if it's neg I kno there's no doubt and can focus on the next month! :-)

TTC number 2. CD19. No probs making number one but on cycle 7 trying for number 2. Not sure I am ovulating - no discernible shift in temp which is very low all month (below the bottom of the TCOYF charts....) and EWCM on and off throughout cycles which are irregular. Last time I was on a 28 day cycle without fail, could tell exactly when ov'd using temps and CM and got knocked up second month. Feel so guilty about DC1 having no sibling - she is desperate for a baby and asks for one several times a day....
Am 33 so feel the clock is ticking..

Do all you ladies have really regular cycles? Mine have always been pretty regular, but it's never exact and can be anything from 29-33 days so that's why I don't want to test yet as just setting myself up for disappointment!

Welcome 624. I am new too. Made decision last weekend to TTC- although as DH puts it 'We've been fannying around with it since Christmas'.

I am not very good at keeping track of cyclesbut they are regular.

Me, my cycles were Deffo not regula, they could be anything from 31ish days to 46 and one time even 56 days. This cycle I didn't ov until around day 28 - 29! I would only have AF for around 3 days, it was excellent when I was younger but it was an actual nightmare when TTC!!

So......had just come back from shopping trip to town by myself. Sitting with mug of tea, feet up, on ipad on MNet when DH comes in from bike ride. Launches into telling me that while he was out, he has been working it out and he thinks AF due last Wednesday, not Monday coming.
If he is right, I am never late-only twice in my whole life, once after surgery and once when a relationship finally ended after weeks of stress. He is sure he is right because has remembered where we were- we were on holiday- and what we were doing when AF arrived.
I think he might be right but we only have one test (his internet purchase from last weekend) and if I do it and it is a BFN we won't have another one, so he has gone to Sainsbury's to get some more. Am under instruction to do nothing until he returns.
I feel sick. Am sure AF about to arrive- have all usual symptoms; cry at drop of hat, mountains out of molehills, sore boobs, dragging twinges low in stomach, DH driving me mad. Happens every month for about 36 /48 hrs before AF.
I don't want to POAS. I have never poas in my life- don't know how to do it. I don't want to know. Would rather wait for AF to tell me. No way DH will go for that idea, I know he won't.
Will be back later with whatever the news is, good or bad.

Hello lovely girls, so I caved and took a cheapie strip about 30 Mins ago. Fancy a can see the faintest line, but this has happened before to me and been nothing. Will test with another with fmu 2moro but just wanted to get your opinions. Husband thinks it's just the mark where the line would appear. Didn't show up straight away. Looked at it about 15 Mins ago and could see a line I thought.

Eeeeeeee kitkat!!!! If you attached a pic icant look at them if it's the same as the cheapie I used the line was almost invisible! Really hope it is for you! Do one tomorrow with fmu and let us know

Probably just seeing things again. Line is disappearing off the stick now. Argh I hate this analysing bits of card!! Couldn't get a decent photo of it either typically! Wish you could see pics ducky!

By any chance is it one of the cheapo sticks with the blue tip you dunk in? If it is, that's the one I used first and have done a few since and the line does get start to get lighter after a few mins

I tried logging in on the computer so I could see but couldn't remember my password, have requested a new one but mn haven't e mailed me yet to sort it, it's been ages!

Aw bless you ducky! Yes it is a blue tip. I guess that's why they are inaccurate after a while as they fade off? Can still slightly see the line, more like just one of the edges of the line. Want to do another wee so I can try another and see if it's the same lol. Come on wee whereare you.

Just found wet floorboards under our bath when taking old panel and carpets out :s so trying to distract myself with poas rather than start freaking out about where the water is coming from (nowhere near the taps or plughole! Wtf!)

Try and hold your wee in and don't drink anything for as long as possible before yep they Deffo get lighter, I did one the other day and it came back very strong and quick but had obviously faded after around 10 mins max

BFP 2-3weeks
Can't believe it. I was physically shaking and felt light headed- am still bit shaky. DH is just so happy. We have been lying on the bed having a cuddle. He has gone to make us some tea.
I am very shocked. Can't believe it. Bloody hell!
He is such a love. Does make me laugh. Came in from Sainsbury's and said 'Right, upstairs now Lu' Read instructions to me while I sat on loo and poas. We stood in the bathroom and watched. Then had to have a lie down I was in such a state. He did shed a few tears at one point.
Can't believe it.
