Good luck Kurama! I am sure there is a perfect pad out there for you somewhere!

ChandlersFarang · 02/05/2014 11:25

Hiya macmissy! And sending Newly lots of positive vibes for the next bus. Rough old game this one we're all playing isn't it?!

Just out of interest, as an amateur economist on my first bus ride, how many BFPs were announced on the April one? X x

Groovyhatfeatherboa · 02/05/2014 11:41

Hello, can I hitch a ride please?

The stats: ttc #2, 29, cycle 6, af due on the 9th

Starting to feel crappy as AF is due in a week and I can't bear for her to arrive :-( Also feel crappy as it seems EVERYONE I know is on their baby no. 2 and not me :-(

I figured sharing my journey and reading your stories might make me feel more better :-)

NurseyJay · 02/05/2014 11:41

Hiya. If u don't mind I'll jump on board:

NurseyJay Age 29, TTC #1, Cycle 3, BFP due 20 May-ish

Brummiegirl15 · 02/05/2014 11:46

Huge congrats LadyC - that's wonderful news.

Newly, sorry to hear your news. That is crap. Vino and banned foods it is!!!

My ovulation day is supposedly this Sunday but opk's aren't doing anything - so just going to do lots of DTD and kero fingers crossed.
Good luck to everyone else

EnglishGirlAbroad · 02/05/2014 11:55

Just to add insult to injury.... not only am I not getting pregnant, it appears the stress of it is also causing my hair to thin! Just been to the hairdressers and she said 'oh your hair's quite thin around the front'. Thanks for that! I'v always had fine hair but it has def got worse over the last 6 months. She said stress and hormonal issues can cause it. FUCK YOU MOTHER FUCKING NATURE!!

macmissy · 02/05/2014 11:55

Groovy - don't worry love, same here! It doesn't help that everywhere i look someone seems to be pregnant! TV, shops, work! This is outside of my friends, who have all got 3-5 year olds. Good things come to those who wait (I have said this more and more recently)

MrsExtraOrdinary · 02/05/2014 11:59

English I've had the same at different times. Get yourself some vitamin D, my dear. You'll always be the sumptuously gorgeous Fanny waxer we know and love. I think hairdressers shouldn't say things like that. It would be like you saying to mrs muff, she had the biggest bush you'd ever seen! Wink

macmissy · 02/05/2014 11:59

Oh no englishgirlabroad - I could do with mine thinning to be honest, I resemble the wild woman of Borneo! It'll come back, same happened to my bestie - she has it all back now though. Try not to let it annoy you. (easier said I know!) I would order a massage at the earliest convenience (what I try to do when I am feeling stressy)

macmissy · 02/05/2014 12:01

Maybe it is the Vitamin D actually! Doctor advised I take it with Folic to help - so I have. It's helped with the monthly AF cold sores too Thanks Mrs now I know why I am more wild than normal

EnglishGirlAbroad · 02/05/2014 12:02

I've just ordered pretty much every product Kerastase has for thinning hair. DH will kill me!! Oops!! Also googled it - mistake!! Thinning hair along with my crazy cycles have led me to self diagnose PCOS.

MrsExtraOrdinary · 02/05/2014 12:04

You see I do know a lot about vitamin D deficiency. I went on roaccutane in my teens for acne, it drains all the natural vitamin d out of your body. Needless to say my hair fell out, broke and became very thin. And caused huge long term damage but vitamins are the key Wink

MrsExtraOrdinary · 02/05/2014 12:07

English step away from google, this instant! Shock would quite like to beat english's hairdresser up Have you had your thyroid checked ever. It's also a side effect of under activity. Which I also have.

macmissy · 02/05/2014 12:11

You're a font of knowledge Mrs! I know where to come to!

EnglishGirlAbroad · 02/05/2014 12:11

I think when i move back I will be demanding every test available from the dr! Is vit d safe if by some miracle I do have a baby brewing??

lindamagoo · 02/05/2014 12:13

Yeah English, the hair and crazy cycles are a sign of thyroid problems, maybe get your bloods done

macmissy · 02/05/2014 12:15

My doctor advised me to take Vit D with my Folic English so I would say so!

spinningirl10 · 02/05/2014 15:55

English, definitely get that checked out!

I'm spotting....never spot, usually af arrives full flow. Think she's just teasing me!!

lindamagoo · 02/05/2014 16:03

spinning I think we may have traded places! I usually have spotting for atleast a couple of days before af and so far nothing, af is due tomorrow

spinningirl10 · 02/05/2014 16:23

It's so annoying isn't it Linda when you're body does something different to usual!!! I Haven't had any pre af feelings but don't feel pregnant either!!

lindamagoo · 02/05/2014 16:36

Your due af today aren't you?

hanflan · 02/05/2014 16:42

spinning are you waiting until AF is officially late to poas?! I admire your strength, I would have pissed on a gazillion sticks by now haha!

macmissy · 02/05/2014 16:58

Me too Han - I am far too impatient for it!

spinningirl10 · 02/05/2014 17:41

Haha Mac, I've been poas like a crazy person for a few days now!!
13dpo so af due any day!

KittyVonCatsington · 02/05/2014 17:50

Hi Chandlers- there were 13 BFPs on the April bus; a fab number but let's see if we can do more!

Been lovely to catch up on all your news on the way home from work-welcome to the new passengers, let's hope your journey is a short one Grin

Going out later for a lovely Friday meal. Debating on whether or not to have a drink as on CD32 but just don't feel pregnant. When I got my BFP, I was having pinching and twinges all over the place (I keep reminding myself that it wasn't viable so the SYMPTOMS might have been bad ones, but I just want to feel something, you know?!)

Friday Dragon love ladies!!!
