Gah, thanks to English I have now self-diagnosed thyroid issues my hair has been coming out in handfuls in the shower. I read up and there is a four month or so lag linking stressful events to hair loss... Evidently the boozy Christmas took it's toll

I prefer to think it's a delayed reaction to coming off the pill.

Not feeling like af is on her evil way at all. If I get up to the unannounced flood in the morning I'm going to be gutted and drink a gallon of wine tomorrow night

Evening all!! Not much to report here, im 2dpo I think!
feeling very positive though and actually enjoying ttc these days. Been visiting a lot of friends and family who have babies and just cant wait for our bfp! I used to be scared to even hold a baby and now it would seem im first to agree to a cuddle!!

Last month was the first time I knew when I ovulated so hoping we have nailed it this month (thank god for cb digi opks!!)

Oh..and they have taken a week to get darker - still not that dark really but done frers and tesco tests also to be sure.

I'm toying with buying a dragon egg pendant for luck.... Have saved the page to my bookmarks. Trying to decide which colour would go with more outfits....

I'm on cd 16 of a (normally) 28 day cycle. No idea when or if I ovulated as had no symptoms, but a positive opk at cd7.

Seem to getting ovulation pains today though and that horrible bloated IBS feeling. Not great for dtd.
Only one thing for it.... curry.

Oooow I forgot what pre-contraceptive period pains felt like.

Had 2 crazy baby dreams the last 2 nights, last night I dreamt I had a baby but kept forgetting to feed it and the night before I dreamt I went to the hospital to have one baby but turned out it was twins. Only had one of everything so had to strap both into the same car seat. :S bizarre!! Hormones make my dreams so trippy.

Just pointing out to those who are wondering about thyroid, I have underactive, have done nearly 20 years. Yes it's a pain in my side! It's quite bad tbh but hasn't prevented me from having 5 perfectly healthy children who are all thyroid disease free. It's just z question of getting the correct dose which is usually easily fixed in just a bit awkward. So all is not lost even with hyperthyroidism I promise xx

fleurlur, I'd forgotten how painful they were too - I shouldn't have forgotten, really, given that was the reason I went on the pill in the first place.

I am trying to cut down on wine consumption, in readiness for potential BFP, but not finding it very easy at all. Maybe associating wine with visions of yoghurty fanjos will help.
