Linda I've read lots of stories where tests haven't even been even slightly positive until well after AF due. As the saying goes it's not over until the witch shows!

It is however over for me! Tried so hard this month too... Gutted.

I had sex everyone of my fertile days and plenty surrounding it. Will be our 5 cycle now not feeling optimistic. Hubby has 2 previous "accidents" so why is it not happening for me?! Not fair.

It might just take you longer Newly. I was 37 before I got pregnant and it took a year with our 2nd. Don't give up hope

Try not to worry Newly, I know it feels like an age, but 5months is still with a normal time frame. There's no reason to pain just yet, it'll be counter productive. Wishing you lots of luck.

Well this EnglishhGirlAbroad is heading home today!! Just for the weekend. Going to a very good friends wedding tomorrow - 9dpo. Slightly worried about drinking but also of the what will be, will be mind set. I know drinking will not have any impact on any little bean just yet. Maybe I'll try some stealth moves and settle of soda and lime for a few.

Thanks ladies, I knows it's in normal time frame but can't help but worry. I'm young, healthy and there is no lack of dtd. Oh well nothing I can do about. Just feel sorry for myself today and then get on with it. I wish I could be relaxed about it but each month I get AF I get more obsessed with it! Good luck to you all xx

linda I saw a very faint line but I think you should wait to see if af shows up tomorrow and buy a pack of first response to do one on Sunday if af doesn't show up....at least you will have another one for next month as well if required.....they are only about 8 quid in Asda I noticed. I'm going to get a pack today and do a test tomorrow which is 10dpo and then again on Tuesday if no af.......still unsure what this cycle will actually be!

Right have officially taken this month off which feels weird after going for it last 6 cycles . I'm just feeling too unwell and still coughing after 2 lots of antibiotics. I'm wondering when the hell will I ever get better Its been a month at least . My mom's wondering if I'm getting asthma but have been checked for it before and nothing also never otherwise have coughing except with these quite rare chest infections . Also when coughing there's something coming up so I thinks it's a infection / virus and nothing else . It was a bit annoying to miss the opportunity since I knew when I ov but I can't stand the constant nausea either so I have to get better first I guess and enjoy the dc I'm lucky to have just still have the yearning for one more bundle and dread the time running out ...good luck to the rest of you , I hope to join you on the June bus :)!

Mmm pate! This is true and I'm sure there is a reason that it hasn't happened so far etc just these bloody hormones making it all seem worse lol sorry to dampen the exciting news of a bfp. Going to have a break this stress can't be helping lol. Whoever said this would be easy?!

Also a colleague, who I don't usually chat to that much, came up to me this morning and said "I had a dream last night that you came into work and told everyone you were pregnant!". Bit weird, but maybe it's a sign?! haha!

lol at missys oh! been to docs this morn and she asked if id done a test. i said yes and she just sat there looking at me hopefully untill i told her it was a bfn she said well id test again in a week..... she has more hope than i do! still trying to keep hopes up as af isnt due till 12th but as i seemed to have ovd so early its driving me crazy!

wish me luck with flat hunting/seeing current landlord to see if we might be able to stay were we are fx.

I did a first repsonse test this morning and got a negative result. the spotting i had for two days now seems to have stopped- still getting a bit of cramping. AF due Thursday. WTF is going on lol

Wouldn't it be great if you had a positive sign once you got pregnant like your wee turned a different colour ?!!
