The day before the spike is generally ovulation day as far as I've learnt. So first day of spike is 1dpo. That what FF says anyway.

I'm choosing to believe otherwise and changing the data on my ff calendar so it agrees with me

Next cycle we are DTD every fecking day from CD 4 until I ovulate or fall over from exhaustion. I will catch this evasive egg.

Eeeek I've not posted in weeks - bloody AF got me the bitch so technically I guess I should now be on the June bus but couldn't find one and wanted a natter. Vitals are ttc #1 cycle #5 - I think Mother Nature saw my shameful attempt at step parenting over the last fortnight and thought twice!! Urgh :-(

Hi retro, I'm sticking around as I'm a nosy Parker with my pregnant cat. Hoping the little balls of fluff will cheer you all up when the time comes. But this month is most definitely a write off. Stress is the word on both mine and dhs lips most of the time! Not even dtd at all this cycle. We are not each other's favourite person currently and need a bit of space. It's absolutely the right decision to take a break and have a think.

The house is a slow process, which is what we wanted. Vendors not found anywhere yet, which is fine. But we've got a very complicated financial situation so the mortgage headache is huge. Not impossible but I hate being scrutinised by anyone. We are high earners and it's still a struggle. I keep thinking in a few months time we will be the other side of this hell and it will all have been worth it. I'm clearing as much junk as possible it's endless!

Oh and to answer your question, dh and I were on pregnacare, separate frolic acid, ( then for girl sway calcium, magnesium vitamin d) sometimes took epo. I actually think it was the frolic acid. As for the first couple of months that's all I took and that's when the ewcm dried up. I've always been fairly ok in that department until frolic acid. But then you have to take that don't you. I'm also on iron and thyroxine.

Tbh thinking back I'm not sure I was ever on frolic acid for 3 months prior to conceiving with the other dc as you're supposed to. I had given up last time after 2 years, wasn't on anything.
