I completely freaked when I couldn't find the bus......so I started one! I hope all you Dragon Ladies find it and hop aboard!

Retro the time I didn't find out until I was about 7 maybe even 8ish wks was with ds3. What happened was, first husband, first wedding, period due around wedding day, had voluptuous dress of 5 layers . Thought pill was a better option for a month. So dr said fine to take to prolong my period. I'd have af quite conveniently when I got home from honeymoon. Only the day of the wedding my period flowed (break through bleed) perhaps? So I thought I wouldn't bother taking it any more. That was 29th June. So they timed the pg from then. But I never knew if that was a proper period ( lasted 7 days ) so it felt like one. Anyway got false negatives up until end of August. But he was officially 10 days late, spontaneous onset, so who knows! The size tied in with my date of 29th June. Very odd indeed. But I have had same no positive for ages then a positive at say 6wks and then mc. So who knows!!!

I peed again this morning and still bfn, of course. I'm 8dpo so who am I kidding and not reading the stats about 64% of women testing positive up to 5 days before their period is due...but I am feeling fat, spotty, tearful and angry with the world still today. So definitely not particularly pregnant. ...

mademoiselle remember I didn't get mine til the day af was due. It was 11dpo due to short lo but still the day af was due. I also was sure it was going to negative, thought af was coming. Good luck :)

Thanks Mslad. I feel really stupid for being so sensitive. So many couples have been trying for so much longer and we actually have a child already. i need to get a grip and poas at 11dpo.

Mademoiselle Your situation is real for you, so no need to compare yourself to anyone else.

Don't fight the hormones (you won't win!)...just go with them, and medicate with cake and wine, poas, etc {wink}

Ooh, I'd forgotten that I'd missed OBEM! OBEM wih a cuppa...now that sounds like a plans will have to wait though cos I've got pick OH up from work, walk the dogs/ride the ponio (or do both at the same time again ) and then either wait til OH goes to bed or tootles off to the gym.

Got my day 21 bloods back and they are fine. So the good news is so far between us we have no obvious issues. apart from what i think is lack of dtd. which must be easily rectified? Surely?

what I wondered is if any of you lovely ladies know whether day 21 bloods are enough or should I be doing any others? also struck me that I 100% can't be getting my bfp as surely the blood test would have showed it up!

so I'm relieved they were ok but sad that I'm now deffo not pg this month (knew it was unlikely but as usual got me darn hopes up) I'm so flipping stupid!

yer hes fairly easy goingdue to the solid weve dtd for past 3 days even if this morning it was very onesided..... he was tired he said so decided to just lay there and let me do the work but i also got a flashy smiley this morn... hehe more chances to attack dh

Spotti if your bloods were done on day21 it might have been too early for a bean to implant in which case too early to show on a blood test. You could still be in.
Other tests that could be offered are day3 LH/FSH and estradiol.

Squishy cervix but it's yo-yoing. High in the morning, drops down in the afternoon --needs to stop poking cervix.

Can anyone describe what an open and closed cervix feels like? When I ov it's so high I can't feel the os, so can't compare it to then. I can feel a dimple, but there's no way I could put my finger in it. I'm trying to think of something to compare it to... Would open be belly-button-like? Or more like a nostril? (There I go throwing nostril about again. Still a gross word!)

Aaaah. I feel a lot better now thanks to a good dose of OBEM, LOTS of leftover Easter chocolate and reading some hilarious 'classic' MN threads (like this one: Mostpretentiousthingyou'veeverheard )

And Dr Google says it's wayyyyy to early to test today anyway (loving www.countdowntopregnancy 's pregnancy test calculator!)

So I am going to try and avoid PIAC until at least tomorrow morning Sunday.
