For those starting TTC in April

I thought I'd start a thread for all those who will be starting out TTC this month, I'd be interested to see how other people get on, tips, moral support etc. We'll be starting TTC at the weekend!!

Really hope you both get your BFP's this weekend!

What tests were you both using?

Morrisons standard 2 pack (used the other a few months ago when AF late but not ttc). Do you think it makes much difference?

I just realised that the FR tests I bought aren't the '6 days early' ones... I can only test from AF day! Argh.

Ducky, hope you managed to have a good night's sleep and sort things out, I hate it when arguments happen over stuff like that!

Bugabooo it depends on their sensitivity, do you know what that one is? Should say on their leaflet. I haven't heard much about morrisons!

I think mine is 15 mul (?) as well. It says it's sensitive 4 days before. Oh well. I'm off to work with tampons in my bag- maybe being ready for AF, will make it stay away!

I've decided to test tomorrow morning. I had so many symptoms last week but all gone now, guess it was just my body adjusting to not being on the pill. Really don't think I'm pregnant now but you never know!

Hey ladies, haven't been on here for a few days. Sounds like lots has been happening! Sorry cupcake and bugaboo for your BFN. Although you're not out until AF arrives so fingers crossed. I tested this morning. BFN although I'm wondering if I can see a ghost of a line. I think I want to see a line so much that I'm seeing things if I'm honest. Anyone else do that? AF isn't due until Sunday so only time will tell I guess! Gonna test again over the weekend.

Carmen!!! Do another one in a few days! My first one is absolutely ridiculous, the line is so faint! I've stuck it on my mirror and still look at it wondering how the hell I saw that without a magnifying glass or something!

I know I said this befor but I am so worried about this scan. Mw thinks I am 7 weeks where as I think I am 5 weeks. My scan should be next week or the week after and I'm panicking because if I'm right with the dates it might be too early to see a heartbeat anyway :-/ I heard in them cases they send you home and get you in the next week for a scan, I don't think I could cope with that

Let's just hope it's the week after next and then I should be at least 6 weeks and there should be a heartbeat sorry if I'm rambling but am soo worried.

I jut don't get why I have a bfn I've just had to stop driving as thought I was gonna throw up from eaton a McDonald's breakfast wrap!! Why oh why! :(

Hey Ducky I had scan at 5wks just to make sure was in the right place which is reassuring actually.

I agree elcarmen test again. My bfp was so faint really thought I was imagining it

Cupcake why not try a different test? Sounds like you have all the signs

Really glad I started this thread, as its such a nice little group now. Hopefully we'll all be pregnant at similiar times too and then can have a pregnancy thread for us all too!

And well done kitkat for starting this thread, it really is a lovely group and it will be nice to share BFP news on here when it happens (as it's probably the only way I'll manage to stop myself from telling the whole world straight away!)

I've been away for a few days as had to have a made dash to Portugal to see family, nooooo wifi. What have I missed? Any more bfp? I haven't got high hopes for this month now as don't know how long I'll be in Portugal for and away from DP

Ducky no heartbeat at 5 weeks went back at 7 and there was. Look for the positive if only 5 wk take comfort from being in the right place.

I'm going to Devon in a bit for weekend! Computer free. So I hope when I return will be more bfp. I'll be thinking of you all
