bfn not that im really surprised. its not the first one in which ive had a bfp. guess I was hoping it was a sign lol. hope everyones ok today.

im working on the law of sod too. back at gym and got a personal trainer. also planning next years hol to germany to visit all their crimbo markets lol

I've had a few vivid dreams about having a child this week. The first one was having a lovely 8month old Down's daughter who was always smiling. Last night I dreamt I also had a daughter who was about 4 but I was just getting to know her weirdly, maybe she was adopted, who knows! Was nice though. I'd love a girl. But of course I'd just love any baby as long as I get one!

Hello lovely ladies! Is it too late to join this thread this month? I'm very new to the TTC business ( TTC #1 Cycle 2, af due April 18) and am still getting the hang of the various abbreviations. I've read back through the thread and am so thrilled for those who got BFP's this month. fingers and everything else crossed for everyone else!

Help please, wonderful ladies. Dh is quite tired of symptom spotting and ttc talk!

I am 8dpo today.

I still have the sore thing on the corner of my mouth and very vivid dreams almost every night.

Also this morning I had a trace of brown discharge when I wiped. (Sorry tmi). Af due on 15th, I get brown spotting a couple of days before af, but this feels early. :/

Bfn this morning, am I right to be feeling a little optimistic?

MrsGinger - you know full well that 8dpo is far to early . But it could be implantation.. How long is your lp usually? If it is implantation it'll take another couple of days before hcg rises enough for a +tive hpt.

English My cycle is short (26days) so normally I wouldn't get spotting until about Sunday. I think lp normally 11-13 days (not sure if you count to spotting or 'real' af).

I know today was too early to test anyway. But I have discovered ic's now. So I'm dunking away. It's almost a new hobby. :)

Hmmm, more waiting then. I wish I was more patient. :D

I've finished wallowing and am now pleased with myself for extending my LP by three days! Yay. I've been taking two Holland and Barrett 50mg tabs per day all cycle. Hope that is helpful for anyone else worried about a short LP. My GP did say it's nothing to worry about but I know more about TTC than her

AF here too. Time to invoke the law of sod and forget about ttc for a while whilst still taking numerous supplements, pretending not to use OPKs and thinking about buying a basal thermometer

Here's hoping for lots more BFPs on the bus before the month's out.

I would recommend a basal thermometer Timetogo. I used one while ttc #3 and it really helps to pinpoint your ovulation date.

I also had a baby dream last night well i had a bump and was mega happy and showing everyone lol.

Day 3 of weird stomach pain kinda like pins and needles it doesnt really hurt to much just feels uncomfortable.

Had day 21 test today so will make appointment for next week at the docs.

Previous tests havent shown ovulation but im definately sure I did this month, I had ovulation pains etc etc with ive never really noticed before.

About 13 months of trying now getting desparate

on break from work so putting off washing up by catching up on all my saved obems

Woah, freaky! I too had a vivid dream last night that I was about 6 months gone and two other random women were also in the dream, heavily pregnant...Shame I haven't even ovulated yet

Got a solid CB Digi circle today and couldn't be bothered to DTD. My marathon last cycle ( 16 days of DTD as couldn't be sure of cycle after early m/c) made me very sore and as I'm a late ovulator, am going to wait until CD13 before daily DTD . Hope sods law doesn't mean I ovulate earlier-bloody hormones are all over the shot!!!!!!

Have you had other tests done yet blueberry Or just day21? Have you asked what the next step is if this does come back normal?

I just invoked the law of sod by buying a load of cb opks that were reduced at our local pharmacy.

I was also in the 99p store buying string and they had a load of twin pack preg tests for 99p (naturally). So I bought a load.

Came home and googled them - turns out the reviews are pretty bad and they've given people false positives and all sorts. I can't think of anything worse than a false positive so now I'm scared to use them when the time comes round! Aaaargh.

EnglishGirl This is the 3rd 21 test ive had to compare 3 months of fertility.

The previous 2 didnt show any ovulation so will wait to see what this says but im so sure I ovulated.

Weve also had DH sperm tested and he was fine.

Doctor told me to make appointment after 3rd test so that we could discuss what it showed and discuss next step.

I believe if im not ovulating most of the time they will try you on Clomid to see if its helps.

But will need scans etc first i expect.

hopefully I wont need any of this because my weird stomach pain means im pg

Am I allowed to say im officially shagged out! I'm exhausted! Dh is coming home soon and I'm not sure I can muster the energy to dtd. I had my full on smily yesterday, dtd yesterday afternoon. I think I might have stopped too soon last cycle....I must go on!!! Help!!!

There must have been something in the air last night as I had a weird dream too. Not in any way baby related, but I dreamt I was in something like The Hunger Games and there were people out there trying to get me!

Feeling really hungry today. And the dogs smell funny. SYMPTOM? Doubt it, but it would be nice (again, Sod's law would dictate that just as I'm starting to be happy at doing non-baby-related stuff, I should of course get upduffed...). Still got what feels like aaaaaaages before I'm expecting AF/my BFP...potentially about 10 days! Hmph.

Oh and poly - I'm fully intending on wearing my dragon egg pendant nearly just typed dragon egg penis LOL every single day and then chuckling to myself when anyone asks why a dragon egg? (I have 'charm' type pendants on my necklace, each of which mean something to me, so having the dragon egg is my little private link to you guys!)

spotti when I got home this afternoon there was a card through the door from the postman saying he'd popped a parcel in our recycling box, I was so excited but it wasn't my dragon egg

DH is being very sweet. We popped to the shops and he insisted we bought decaf coffee and preg vitamins. Then I had a panic because I felt something "down there", all was ok, I'm just paranoid but he insisted on going home and me have a lie down! He's now on the school run! I'm def going to make the most of this treatment! He also said he had a dream last night that we had a little boy!

After spotting all week....AF is here. Onto cycle 12.

9 days yo go here until AF/ BFP is due. Not a fan of the 2ww! Keep imagining ovulation / implantation pains, but then remember I had no idea about DD until after AF was due...

I think clomid would probably be your next step too blueberry. Although I really hope you don't have to go down that route.

Hope when I finally get another BFP my DH is a bit more enthusiastic than he was last time. He knows far too many people who've had to have ov for who have had mc and see it as normal, so didn't want to get his hopes up. Which didn't help when I did actually mc.
