Ikwym MrsE my DM, DF and DB would all go barmy if they found out i was ttc again. I know it's only because they care but my tummy does turn when I think about breaking the news. I told my parents immediately when I found out I was expecting DS but this time I'm going to wait until I'm armed with a little more information first.

Very wise poly. I'm going to wait until I'm 20 wks to tell anyone by which time I will know the gender the name, the size of head, have employed my independent midwife and a doula if necessary. I had one on dc4 she was fab! Also because this is biologically my 6th I'll get the usual, haven't you got a tv? Instead of the polite congratulations.

I know my mum will come around, she loves being a granny. And she has no legs to stand on having a surprise at nearly 41 herself! Which will be precisely my come back line if required.

I do worry that I won't be able to hide my bump as I was showing so badly at 8wks last time, that people started asking me. Surprisingly I didn't get that much bigger, I ended up with a tiny bump!

After the amount of time its taking me to get a BFP i will try and hide it for as long as possible I dont want to risk jinxing it.

I just cant wait for it to happen even though I know itll be hard and probably painful the whole 9 months i cant wait!!

I can't keep my mouth shut when it comes to telling people, we did say we wouldn't tell anyone until ages after our BFP and I've pretty much told everyone we are trying already, lol. Not had any really bad comments, think DM wasn't happy but she's never mentioned it again and there's no way I could hide it, I get MASSIVE quick and I'm like Humpty Dumpty by the end

I've always carried my bumps very out the front, like a beach ball, so she might guess, as If successful soon it's summer months and harder to hide. Easier when you can just throw on a baggy jumper on or a coat. Dm lives 50 miles away. I see her about once a month. So possible if I wear a very floaty lampshade dress! Lmao .mind you i put about a stone on last year, with all in inactivity which has started to fall off so people who didn't know might just think I'm fat to begin with.

I've got several TVs none that I watch though, too busy dtd currently except I do love a bit of sewing bee!

I can't stand pregnancy it's amazing I've managed it so many times really. I always get poorly. But I'm dead set on being the picture of health this time. I would have needed a 5 man tent to cover my bumps, lol. Well I did say all my life if I was ever able to conceive I'd want it to be so noticable that everyone looked and well I got that wish, looked like I was carrying 4 the last time, lol

Im just worried itll get to the point i wont be able to move.

I have a double curvature of the spine and various bad joints etc because of it (im only 25 and old before my time) I also broke a rib years ago that never healed so that like to move around which could be fun.

I cant wait for people to see a bump though.

Poly I've just laughed out loud hysterically! Dh wants to know what I'm laughing at. The cape and the assessment go hand in hand I'd say! I had 3 under 4 to begin with, by the time I was 23, which was tough anything after that was a piece of piss no honestly the answer is, I grew up with my dc I don't know what it's like not to have them. I think it made me very driven and determined. I've found being a Step mum much harder emotionally than the practicalities of a large family.

Gosh blueberry that sounds excruciating. I'd say start osteopathy or something that works for you, the moment you get pg as all the ligaments soften.

It's the only place the weight seems to go on. I'm so uncomfy I was already considering investing in some maternity jeans before I got the BFP

On the subject of telling people, the plan is not to tell anyone until after the 12 week scan. Then it'll be family and close friends only.

I am Blueberry! I'm due at bfp on the 29th April so will be hanging on until the end. Is abit strange really as lots of people already on 2ww and we haven't even started trying this cycle yet as only just finished AF and on CD7! Hoping my cb advanced ovulation kit comes soon so I can start poas to see if/when I'm ovulating as had no idea last month! :-)

Hi Tilly I think my BFP should be due around 20th but my cycles like to change a bit every month to keep me on my toes!!

Pretty sure I ovulated yesterday but will need to wait and see, I ordered some ovulation thingys but they havent arrived yet damnit lol
