DH has asked me not to get hopes up yet and to be honest, I'm only tentatively excited. AF is due at the end of the week. I think I'll feel better once that's been and gone.

First month using OPKs. BFP. Bloody hell. I'm in shock.

Gotcha "Chilly"

I tried it last cycle and that was the cycle I didn't ovulate so i'm a bit sceptical Zermatt. When I go back to the uk, i think i'll try acupuncture. But i'm also going to go and demand some test from the gp. This is my second anovulatory one this year, first was my first cycle post mc.

I feel the same english im on cd 18 and what I thought were ov pains for last 3 days have gone now and im still getting a flashy smiley 11 days to go..... at least it hasnt ruptured tjis month I suppose id given up dtd on sun and just leaving it up to dh as to when it happens now. dh led ttc lol

I had it for the first time on Saturday, was going to recommend it, but now wondering whether it's played silly beggars with my ovulation, as got first positive opk the day after and every day since. Did you pick up the anovulatory cycle through temping English?

Either way hope that it's not the case for you this month.

See with the temping thing what happens at ov? Is it a dip or rise?

A rise, three higher temps in a row confirms ov

And is it just a small rise? I might try it next cycle to make sure I'm ovulating after stopping the pill.

Yeah, picked up through temping. FF hasn't indicated ov and temps are a bit up and down which is classic anovulatory.

The temps normally rise by 0.2 of a degree or more, FF will indicate ov after 3 consecutive huger temps. Temp should normally then stay up until AF.

Bloody temping, bloody opk's, bloody loads of sex, bloody sore bits, bloody reflexology, bloody vitamins, bloody no booze, bloody no caffiene.

Woo hoo - 2 days of April and 2 BFP's.

I managed to resist testing this morning, given that FRER was bfn yesterday and only have ic that are half as sensitive left. TBH wondering if I did actually ov when cb solis smiley appeared. I was excited as last couple of cycles were 41-43 days long ( only 2 since stopping bf) and the smiley appeared on cd 18 - so 10 days earlier that expected. BUT pretty sure I have PCOS so should have kept testing and DTD really which I didn't.

Jealous of the maccyd's spinning, been thinking about it since yesterday too.

Well it was a bit harrowing at the time spinning. But I'm still a real advocate for home birth. If I'd opted for hosp birth the outcome would have been the same. They'd have sent me home telling me I wasn't in labour which had happened before in baby 2 and 3. I'd have ended up delivering at home any way or in the car. With a head stuck im glad I was at home not stuck in my dhs m3! My mum was fab! She had the calmest voice in the world. But she will kill me if she finds out we are ttc.

I'm back to temping and waiting for ovulation - really hoping for something to stick this month - am a bit worried as we are travelling around that time but apparently air travel carries very little risks in that area - any advice from anyone?

I would have liked a home birth but after an emergency c-section last time I don't know if I'd be brave enough or if it would be possible now that I'm older!

pretty sure I ovulated yesterday had cramps all day and boobs were tender thats the first time ive noticed it really so fingers crossed thats what it was.

Made the DH dtd the day so all good now just gotta keep waiting, im so fed up of waiting!!

We DTD on CD 10, 12, 15, 17, 18, 20, 24.
Positive OPKs on CD 18 and 19. No obvious ovulation pains this time but cramps on CD 22.
Sore breasts on CD 28, 29, 30.

Strange nausea on CD 28.
AF type cramps on CD30 and CD31
Spots arrived on CD30
Now on CD31.

BFP on IC at 6.30pm (had only been for a wee an hour and half beforehand) on CD30
Another BFP on IC, FMU on CD31
AF/BFP was expected on 3rd/4th April (3rd going by average cycle length, 4th by ovulation)
