Thanks kurama

MissMrsMummy · 28/03/2014 23:26

bella about 3 days then today it looked a bit darker so I have done a couple more throughout the afternoon/eve and got a very dark positive on the latest one. My cb digi was negative this morning though!

I find the result on ics can vary so much depending upon how much you've had to drink or if you've held your wee in for a bit!

bellaboo88 · 28/03/2014 23:48

Thx kurama/missmrs

I'll test again in morning. I did have a good drink of juice 15mins before test tbh but wee seemed paler than normal.

Its my first go at opks, I'm gonna use them next month (end of this bus) unless I manage to pee on all 50 when I'm back trying again

Xx

Morning!

Hopping on, hope someone saved me a seat (have changed my username from katecupoftea).

Af kicked me off the March bus yesterday spot on due date.

Stats: TTC#1, Cycle 3, BFP due 26th April.

Last month felt looooooong with all the waiting so might try and have some time off the threads until it's the tww. I probably won't though, I'm weak.

victoria401 · 29/03/2014 08:31

Hope you all and your mums are ok x

New stats

Morning ladies, the sun in shining here so hope you've all got the same and gave an enjoyable weekend. Smile

I'm going up a gear for a Christmas baby and after my disastrous internet strips, is that a line of not business, I've purchased 20 cb digital ov tests. New experience for me, so I'm actually quite excited. Dh is prepared for not turning down a smily face. So when in earth do I start testing, I've had cycles of varying length in last 3 months from 27-34 days. So was thinking day 9. Does that sound about right?

I'm also starting the shred today Shock on day3 of af, for me that's bloody amazing!

Starbright24 · 29/03/2014 09:09

Ow! Both my ovaries are hurting. But I should be 7 dpo Sad

RetroHippy · 29/03/2014 10:21

Morning! DNiece has been amazing. We were expecting tears and tantrums but she slept through the night and has been sparkling company all morning.

DH even changed his first poopy nappy! He was pretty horrified Grin

It's all good practise...

spinningirl10 · 29/03/2014 10:24

Mrsextra....I did shred in January, it's fab and really works! Enjoy Grin

6dpo here and time is dragging!

Linda I'm so sorry to hear that you need an op, I hope you make a full and speedy recovery Thanks

Viperama · 29/03/2014 10:37

Hi flirty. I think it depends how advanced the pregnancy was and whether mc was natural or not. For what it's worth I had a natural mc at 5 weeks and I ov bang on cd14. Good luck

Tilly28 · 29/03/2014 10:38

Right..going to get down to business this month! Iv bought one of the clear blue advanced ovulation testers so I can make sure we DTD at the right time. However, now I'm wondering when should I start testing! My first cycle (last month) since coming off the pill was 33 days long so if I go by that I'm due to OV around the 11-16th April! When would people recommend I start testing to be sure we catch it?

Viperama · 29/03/2014 11:09

Someone on another thread mentioned the Sperm Meets Egg Plan, google it.
We're doing a variation of this, TITH everyday from CD8, Cb ov tests from CD10 everyday, until we get the smiley, TITH for 3 days after smiley and will continue CB ov tests after smiley until I get a negative test so I know how long it is from first pos opk to no detection of ovulation.

Previous attempts I stopped testing as soon as I got positive opk, which looking back for me is a shame as I want to know how long my window is for future reference.

CD11 today. TITH cd9, CD11, opk negatives, expecting positive on Tuesday. Still laying in bed 1.5 hours after Tith, I need help lol!

Jo178 · 29/03/2014 12:07

Starbright, I'm also 7dpo and I swear I've had ovulation pains this morning too! Like a bad stitch on my left side, really hot, to the point that I poas (opk) to make sure I wasn't ov. It was negative. Why do our bodies play tricks like this? Confused

Starbright24 · 29/03/2014 13:12

Jo...sounds the same...but now I've just got womb pain
...is thrre a word for that? - not ovary pain. Maybe its implantation :):

EnglishGirlAbroad · 29/03/2014 13:22

With the cb OPKs Viperama, they don't work after you have a peak. It will show peak the day after the first and then go back to empty circle. Sounds like your going for some serious action!!

Viperama · 29/03/2014 13:57

English I'm 38 and no kids so terrified I'll risk not having any if I don't do this now. Smile

EnglishGirlAbroad · 29/03/2014 15:38

Well I hope your commitment to the cause pays off viper! Good luck!!

BearsInMotion · 29/03/2014 15:58

Hi everyone! AF finished on Friday so apparently we need to start DTD from this Wednesday! Nice to see others aiming for a Christmas baby! Determined to avoid ov tests but will probably try next month if we don't get a BFP in April!

lindamagoo · 29/03/2014 16:15

9dpo now and starting to get very nervous as I've got very sore nipples and slightl nausea, will start testing again tomorrow and see how it goes x

BearsInMotion · 29/03/2014 16:18

Oo, good luck lindamagoo!

RetroHippy · 29/03/2014 17:16

linda, obviously, don't answer if it's too personal a question, but what are the implications if you are pg? Whatever the situation, I hope you get the result you want.

MrsExtraOrdinary · 29/03/2014 17:20

I've just purchased my trainers, for day 1 of "shred". Damn not bring pg, I've actually got to get my arse into gear. I'm going with the Sod's law rule, that states if I loose weight, I'll definitely get pg and put it all back on Grin

lindamagoo · 29/03/2014 17:36

Retro we have been talking about things all day today and looking things up and as far as I can make out there are no risks to me or baby if I get pregnant, if I was to get pregnant after the op it would be high risk though, so I'm going to a different gp on Monday to ask them and if they don't see a problem I'm refusing the op until after another baby. We are not ready to give up Smile

MrsExtraOrdinary · 29/03/2014 17:38

So glad u r getting a second opinion Linda. Smile
