Thanks kitty and rambini I have had 3 days really bad AF symptoms which I don't usually get until cd1 so it's unusual. Maybe it's morning sickness why do I allow myself to believe this?! I know that it's way too early to have pg symptoms

I feel completely symptom-less this month.
Then again I've had so many different illnesses I probably wouldn't realise!

kitty the only thing im doing today is trying to get rid of this cold and bring my temp down. treacle yep im sure its af. its on time. the cramps have started and I poas this morn for a bfn so round 2 of clomid starts tomoro

Kitty . When we tried to have DS 9y our first it took about 3 cycles and no problems . Didn't use opk ( hadn't even heard about them or temping etc )or anything just estimated my dates . Then when ds was 2 1/2 we started trying for a second . I did use opk and literally conceived 10 times in 10 cycles we tried in a 2 1/2 y period and lost them all before 12w mark in various stages but normally around 5/6 w. Had every test under the sun , nothing abnormal , tried stereoids for natural killer cells and had 3 more misscarriages on them and had enough then developed my illness while already moving onto the surrogacy . I am rhesus negative but had my shots in preg with DS and the one after birth and was told the rhesus factor wouldn't cause losses this early . Neither stress etc . Also have heard that sometimes women have trouble holding onto subsequent pregnancies after having a boy ? Don't know what's wrong with me/ us, nobody does . However eventhough I had quite low egg reserves and hormone levels for my age 4 y ago (at 34) already when I had tests during the surrogacy process and IVF for dd and we only produced a few good good embryos both cycles the surrogate conceived both cycles and of the second one dd was born . So I do wonder if the problem Is the environment rather than the material iykwim ... That's why even trying myself feels absolutely hopeless but I feel like I need to try and give it a chance before moving onto more complicated methods also it kinda did kill me not being able to carry dd myself it was definitely weird and I was jealous . It was good she was all the way in America and that I had DS to occupy me I don't think I could have handled seeing her more often or being more involved during the pregancy I needed the distance to try to keep my head straight . I really isn't an easy thing to go through but I'm thankful to her every day of my life when I look at Dd sweet little face . I still can't believe she's finally here :)!

Sorry for long post . Just wanted to add that I do believe where there's a will there's a way ... And I won't be giving up any time soon .

Thanks ladies! Not sure when I will start but I am standing cheering you all on and purchasing all my products ready and waiting! Will try the same as I did before and see if it works again!

I'm not sure how to respond without sounding clichéd or tactless, but the feelings you describe sound perfectly understandable and I can't comprehend how hard it must be to have all of those losses and to go through surrogacy. Thank you for putting it into words though as it helps a little bit to understand how hard it is for women with fertility issues, when I really haven't been trying for very long but am already terrified at the realistic thought of not achieving our goal.

DH has a new theory - could implantation happen during spotting, then hormones would be released to stop AF? Now we are really clutching at straws!

What exactly is spotting?once you have spotting, does it mean AF is definitely coming?

Don't ask me, I'm not even sure I know what spotting looks like!

Oh dear. We have been house hunting today (dragged from my sick bed).

We've just viewed the dream house. It. Is. Amazing.

But the absolute top end of our budget (and that's if they accept our offer). We've got to wait till Monday to see if they accept it. .With that ^and waiting for a bfp I'll be a nervous wreck by midweek.

But I did manage to get bogof FRERs from Boots, hurrah!

May have POAS whilst still high on adrenaline while DH is dropping the documents off at the EAs. Bfn, but it isn't fmu and I am only 11dpo. But still, we got the house!!!!
