Woke up this morning with yet more AF-like cramps and the dog whining to go out for a wee but still no bleeding...today is cd35...if no AF today then this will be the longest cycle I've ever had! Fx it ends in a BFP (and not the witch). Will be POAS tomorrow if AF doesn't get me first (and obviously you guys will be one of the first to know actually, you might be the first to know if OH is still asleep). Fx!

We sub contract for the company who works for the council. I better not out the company but they are a huge organisation in the uk. Dh is on 24 hr call day in day out. Out whole life is revolved around it. The invoices that should have been paid are ones outstanding from last year. And in the mean time we have to carry on. We've not been paid before and managed, but I'm never sure how. In our first year of trading we were taken for 15k. The company in question set up in a slightly different name and carried on. We are up against huge companies. I'm sure it should be illegal but it's not.

I'm sorry for the rant but it's been really lovely that you've all been sympathetic. It's completely frustrating and gutting.

Now I'm torn, looked at last possible pg cycle and I got positive OPK on cd12, same as this month. If I POAS tomorrow it's the same day I POAS that cycle and got a misleading pink evap line on an IC. What followed was not pretty as I went into a kind of meltdown and spent far too much on assorted tests only for AF to arrive, right on schedule, four days later. I wasn't temping though, so FF just based ov on the OPK, this months temps show it was def the day of the positive.

Do not want to end up there again! So, to POAS or not to POAS? That is the question...

Not read back, very self centred post. Have done another IC and still very faint, done superdrug digi and says not pregnant so I don't know what to think now. It may not be very sensitive perhaps? Am still only 15dpo but if I got a line on 8dpo I don't understand why it's not now proper dark??
Re the pesseries I have to stop them if/when negative to make af come. I think they work a bit like the pill.

Choccy, I think the digis are quite a bit less sensitive? Maybe post a pic of the ic... Can you get to the GP Monday for a blood test?

Choccy, like you say IC's are a lot more sensitive. Some people take longer to produce hcg.

Still no period so now 2 days late, very sensitive nipples (tmi?)
I poas this am with fmu and nothing.

So now I have no line, no period and painful nipples. Oh the joys :(

What test are you using, nic? Might not be sensitive to pick up low levels of HCG.

Morning all! Congrats on all the BFPs!! I unfortunately have had an MC so my stats now are ttc#1 cycle 4 (cycle 1 post MC)
Have found it so hard to come to terms with and I only knew a couple of weeks. Don't know when I should start trying again??
