Yes choccy came about an hour ago, pretty painful. 26 day cycle. I'm ok now, when the spotting returned yesterday that's when I knew and cried all my tears. Picking myself up again for cycle 10....as tears are not going to get me my bfp.....but positivity, support, laughs and fire breathing penis dragons will ;)

I suppose if you dated someone with a dragon penis tatoo....chances are you would soon be getting your bfp, even though I'm still not sure how this dragon penis relates to fertility....but I know somehow it does.....hmmm....maybe I should send DH to the Tatoo parlour..... just a thought....probably too far though....

kitty as so many have said today, talking about it and looking after yourself to recognise what you have lost is vital if that helps. Never feel you can't talk about it.

You've all cheered me up tonight. The new penis dragons have made me laugh tonight, thank you! Green pompoms at the ready to cheer the next bfp! I was delighted to find the spotting had stopped this morning, made me feel a bit more like we still had a chance this morning. But this afternoon has brought af style cramps, followed by brown blood and now into more normal red/fresh af style bleeding (sorry, tmi). Not enough to count as full af yet, but it feels like she is on her way very soon. 8dpo today, if this is her, it's a short tww this time! I'm hoping she stays away for a few more days as if she shows in the next few days, it will mean my next ov dates fall in the middle of DH being away for a week but I will wait and see. Too much like af not to be her though. So it's off to the Dr here I think once she turns up properly.

Barmy, hopefully the cramping and blood is implantation, it can be quite period like inc quite heavy bleeding. At 8dpo it sounds like it could be. What are your cycles normally?

Oh wow kitty. That's amazing all typed out like that. Thank you all for your kindness. Will update tomorrow. Shall be thinking of you all. Am going to go and have a bath and try and sleep...........faint lines been chasing round my head all weekend.

Thanks choccy. It feels like af to me though unfortunately,although I say that without every having implantation bleeding before, so maybe I'm jumping to conclusions but I'm pretty sure. If it is af, at least I know now rather than endless POAS and getting my hopes up, small mercies!

My cycles are all over the place, hence thinking it's time to see the dr. I've been off the pill about 9 months but cycles have ranged from 28 - 63 days since I came off and there has been no consistency in them at all. The last cycle I had without a chem (would have been nov af I think), af started on cd34/9dpo and I ovulated on cd25 which is the same as this month so this could perhaps be my natural cycle, but it's been knocked out by the 2 chems which had af arriving on around cd50 and cd42. The last 'normal' cycle I had minus chems fits this being af, albeit a day or so earlier hence thinking it is af along with the very red blood.

March 18th seems an age away. 16 days to go. Hoping that dtd earlier in the month will do the trick this time. I remember the early buses i was on, loads of people getting bfps in C1,2 and 3 and me just kind of expecting it to happen.

kitty you got it just right. I know it's mostly called a "chemical pregnancy" but to me it was real - and a loss. I didn't think I'd feel like that but I do.

I also was worried about dtd again, and that it'd be "weird". I got back on the horse deliberately quickly after I stopped bleeding so I didn't have time to dwell and for it to build into a big issue. I've also had rather a lot of wine this weekend!
