Which horse did you choose? Hope it's a good one as it might be a bumpy ride!

Thanks for the welcome Fankel surprised you haven't smashed such helpful friends in the face (with or without fish). Putting yourself into early menopause and then pumping yourself full of drugs that can lead to a life threatening side effects is REALLY EXCITING. Apologies drugs are leading to some violent outbursts, another brilliant side effect!

Little Bird good news on the voming, sounds promising.

buggerluggs wrinkly, bony, and hungry..... Congrats on the IVF win (holds onto hope)

Catches twat cushion and settles down comfortably, thanks Fab. My dobbin is Dubawi, any horse that can command £100k per shag has got to be something special.

Coco tom cruise, is that embarrassing enough? Only when featuring as highly competent international spy though, not as a normal short bloke, not interested then (hightest me).

Waves to Lemons.

Nearly killed mrT for not loading dishwasher fast enough, then for laughing at my anger at him (foolish man) hope this doesn't last too long, he may not find it funny indefinitely!

cherrycoconut · 06/03/2014 22:13

More fresh meat, hello May. Nice choice of nag and Tim Minchin you say. Hmmm, interesting I do love a bit of intelligent comedy, v sexy. On the other hand ten Tom Cruise is a well cheesy crush, I can have a good 'old chortle about that.

Take a pew laydees.

FizzyFeet · 06/03/2014 22:18

Oooooh, newbies! Welcome ten and may - I reckon you are in. Gary Linekar and Tom Cruise, eh Could be worse, could be Jeremy Clarkson!

bugs totally understand about the menkul. Take time out if you need it. I'll still be on the BESH Fred for ages

cherry nice to see you; glad you're hanging on in there.

AFM all was good at the downreg scan today. HRT starts on Sunday - I have high hopes that it's going to solve all my mood swings and give me peachy skin. Am I deluding myself?

MissHobart · 06/03/2014 22:21

Welcome BESH newbies! No need to s**r out bullshit here, it's there and we can all smell it! Grin

CUNT is a free word!

My phone is dying so can't do big updates, will get back to usual service in a few days, anniversary dinner was fucking amazing, plus we splashed out even more on the "wine flight" giving us 7 Shock glasses of uber fancy wine each matched to a course! I ate lots of raw and barely cooked things plus enormous amounts of fizz! None of it possible had I been diffed so thoroughly enjoyable! Grin

I'm concerned - does that mean Tim M is a cool crush and not an embarrassing crush? Oh the confusion! My first big time full on crush was Tom Cruise when he was in Top Gun. Sigh. I had an a4 picture of him from Smash Hits on my biology folder and everything. The disappointment when I found out he was 2ft tall was immense.

cherrycoconut · 06/03/2014 22:37

Lol @ Fab and the crushing discovery that Tom Cruise is a midget!

Glad you had awesome anniversary nosh MissH, sounds immense. Well jel.

Good effort on the downreg results Fiz. As a long term user of HRT it suits me great now I have the right concoction. Perfection it might not be especially on standard issue one size fits all but anything has to be preferable to the zero hormone situation you've been going through.

FizzyFeet · 06/03/2014 22:48

YY Tim M is a totally acceptable crush. Akin to Eddie Izzard in a 'man wears eyeliner yet is somehow vey sexy' kinda way.

cherry good to know about the HRT. I imagine that there will be some mood shifts etc as I get use to it. I'm on double the dose to regular FET in hopes of boosting my crappy lining.

cletterthedishes · 07/03/2014 08:13

Morning hags. Just a note: boldlittlebird is me. I appear to have posted under an old username by accident Blush. Didn't even notice til ten responded to me (cheers ten).

So yeah, all good so far, actual feeling sick yesterday, beginning to feel a bit more positive about this one (though very quietly so, in order not to jinx it).

may: yy to Tim. I didn't realise how many odd men I was attracted to until I thought about it. Dylan Moran, anyone? And that bloke who plays the younger detective in Midsomer Murders [slinks away in shame]

Fabuluce · 07/03/2014 10:47

Aha!! That makes more sense Dishy! I thought it was but didn't feel safe enough to commentWink

cletterthedishes · 07/03/2014 11:41

Grin I was wondering why I wasn't getting any responses. Turns out everyone was thinking 'Who the fuck's this?'

Fabuluce · 07/03/2014 12:00

Snigger....well maybe....Wink

cherrycoconut · 07/03/2014 14:24

Ha ha ha. Not at all cletter. Cough.
Glad things are progressing nicely. In no other area of life would you congratulate someone for feeling nauseous!

Thinking luxurious lining thoughts for you fizz.
Bad day for me today but I guess it's to be expected Sad

You're too kind, fanks Bugs. An afternoon in the sun for some pony therapy, a good ol cry wiv ROCH and a Chinese and most of a bottle of wine and I'm feeling a lot better. Neither of us can believe it still. How are you doing?

FrankelInFoal · 07/03/2014 21:04

Stopping by to great the fresh meat with a bucket of prawns and some gin.

Nothing to report here yet Angry

Sounds mainly upbeat from le carousel de cuntishness - glad to hear it.

I've had 3 pints of lager so can't think of anything to complain about- apart from not having chips right now!

MyNameIsWinkly · 08/03/2014 07:04

Poor planning fankle :)

Hugs cherry. Good old ROCH and good old pony.

lovesLemonDrizzleCake · 08/03/2014 07:40

Squeeze for Cherry, it will take time, and plenty of bawling. Hurrah for sun, ponies, ROCH, and wine. All good cheering up tricks.

Hang in there, bugs. One day at a time!

Waves at the other hags.

eurochick · 08/03/2014 08:40

ten! Welcome over here. There are a couple of 10+ers who are also BESH. This thread tends to be, er, a little more robust but just as supportive if fish jokes and swearing is your thing .

Welcome may.

MissH that dinner sounds amazing.

Fab I can vividly imagine the teenage disappointment. TomC is just a very odd choice for so many romantic leads - teeny tiny and a bit odd looking. And probably gay.

bugs you're doing better than me. I started to hyperventilate a bit when some of the August AN group starting posting links to baby clothes. If centime arrives safely he/she can be swaddled in a towel for a couple of days and then we will go and buy some clothes.

cherry bawling can be therapeutic. You just have to let it all out sometimes.

dishy hurrah for being vomity. A friend had a few mcs before her first. The one that stuck was the one she had hyperemesis with...

Mummy euro came home on Thursday night. Apparently despite being just within the two week window for resetting bones, hers had already knitted together too much, so they had to rebreak it before pinning it. Ouch. Still, they discharged her with the good drugs (she was seeing clowns when I spoke to her Hmm) and I will try to get down to see her over the weekend.

cletterthedishes · 08/03/2014 16:59

fankle Christ, would give anything for a lager. I am in the middle of a toothgrinding two-day family visit and doing it sober is a bloody nightmare. I now realise how much booze has got me through the last decade of family get-togethers.

euro, cheers. I haven't felt sick since then tho, so obviously back on the menkul cycle Smile

Great news about your mum. Though clowns are a bit spooky.

I didn't get much in the way of symptoms until I was over 9 weeks. I was just a bit hungry and tired. And then I became EXHAUSTED and pukey. I am just getting my energy back now (15 weeks).

The menkul never stops btw. Despite no less than 5 good scans I am still worried. I've felt out of sorts for the past couple of days and I'm worried that it means doom. It's far more likely that I am fighting off something as both KFZK and BIL who is staying with us have been ill. But I can't help worrying that it spells DOOM. I am resisting buying a doppler but can't wait until my next mw appt when she should be able to listen to the heartbeat.

Today has been lovely. A little sunshine always lifts the spirits. We went shooting. There won't be many more weeks when I will be able to lay on my front, so we thought we would make the most of it. It wasn't exactly comfortable, but good to spend a few hours outside over so many weekends sheltering indoors from the rain.

Ello bugs. I haven't made an apt with the doc yet (in the middle of a complicated arse-around with changing doctor's surgeries, probably won't have a GP until next week). My plan is to go in and see them at about 7-8 weeks (provided Grub still extant) and if they offer me an early scan, I'll take it. The last one was dead by 8 weeks at the latest, so if I have a scan after that date which shows all's going well, it will actually reassure me.

euro, that's good to hear. Seems like every bloody TV show or film you see with a pregnant woman in it, she's vomming everywhere at 7am precisely. It's easy to forgert 25% of women never get it at all. Not that that's stopped me menkulling Grin
