First day of 2WW - I'm impatient and it's going to go slow isn't it!?

Trying for DC2 and on my first cycle. Unexpectedly fell straight away with DD so sort if expect that now, but doubt I'll be so lucky. Been at it all weekend and should be ovulating around now.....hopefully (not using a kit - are they any good?). Anyways, any other impatient folk out there in similar boat?? What to do.....? I'm already exhausted with property porn!!

Congrats living :) how many dpo are you? Did u have any signs of af?

im 17 dpo. loads and loads of AF symptoms eg pmt, cramping, loads of BFN tests. im in such shock because i had convinced myself it was going to be negative. it is so confusing that pre-af and early preg symptoms are the same!

hi hazel keep us updated really hope af doesn't come for you. i am due weds but been having slight cramps today so it might show up early.

just got a BFN hoping I tested too early - will wait to see if AF shows up in the next few days.

On no Elle, there is a big chance it's too early so try to be patient (easier said than done!). I also got a BFN this am but no sign if AF either, just a waiting game I guess.

My DH said this am that perhaps we should stop putting so much pressure on ourselves and just relax with it. I do agree but it's soo hard when you want a baby.

Your DH is probably right - but it's so hard. I keep getting little tightenings but not sure if that just means AF is on the way - just have to wait and see I guess - hope you get your BFP soon

I've still not got AF and today would most def. be the last possible day, do after a BFN yesterday I'll try again tmrw first thing. I couldn't sleep on my tummy last night as it was uncomfortable (like in pregnancy before) , so that's a good sign :). Still thinking a teeny it might be a no, just so I'm not upset. We will see...

Muriel - how many days since last AF? I'm 28 day's since last AF - I average between 27 and 30 days - so still not out if the woods yet!! really really hoping for a BFP! - trying to hold out testing again until weekend in AF doesn't arrive!

Elle, I am also not testing until the weekend. I'm on CD29 today - last two cycles have been 31 days and 28 days.

Lots of cramps yesterday, barely any today but a sharp pain in my right side when I pee which I'm doing lots of!

Hi Elle, I'm 31 days today so very long for me. After poas multiple times, please show tmrw!! :) I'm just pleased for the heads up in the eBay specials, those clear blue ones can bankrupt you :)

No I haven't Elle! I said I wouldn't test until I was late. I now realllllly want to test but DH thinks I should wait until the weekend.

Beginning to get waves of nausea but that could be the salmon pasta I had for lunch - I'm not the biggest fan of salmon

well done for showing some self control - I gave in the other day I've been getting little twinges for the last few days but not sure if I'm just noticing them because I'm looking for stuff. with DD1 I had such severe cramping about 6dpo and my boobs got bigger straight away - I've been waiting for either of these signs but nothing!!!

Any news Muriel?? AF hasn't shown her ugly face here yet - but there's still time.

Wow Elle, that's fantastic! What lovely news on a Monday!

I got a BFP too (well had to get second opinions on here first) last Thurs - it was a really faint line. I guess I must of ovulated late that month, so it didn't show before. I'm pleased I wasn't hallucinating the symptoms - it already seems quite different to my first time around.

How's everyone else getting on, those with BFP's and those getting the lube out ready again?? Is it fertile period again later this week?

Currently watching OBEM - always some amusing personalities on there!
