kate I've heard its best to keep DTD leading up to ov but this time we didn't want to 'waste' sperm so haven't DTD too often! So it's hard to say! See what others say. I'm no expert!

Hi Missmrs, I think the cervix is supposed to be higher and softer around the time of ovulation so if you couldn't find it then that sounds really good. Take a look at this website, it's graphic but so useful www.beautifulcervix.com/cervix-photo-galleries/

I have succumbed to opk's, they were on offer right next to the exfoliating gloves I needed, I took it as a sign and its cd12 tomoro which the instructions tell me is the best day to start testing...I'm not nuts I promise!

I can't find my cervix either!!!

Had cramping the last few days - sort of around the pubic bone.

Anyone know what this is? I thought ovulation pain was more towards the hip bone???

Ok, sorry TMI but I am obsessing. I cannot stop weeing, stomach twinges, obsessive pregnancy dreams, cervical mucus and soooo tired.

I am determined not to test until at least Saturday which is still early - 11dpo. However I can see me testing tomorrow morning at this rate!

Exciting Treacle!! One of the first things that really made me think I might be pregnant was when I was constantly weeing!! It started at about 7-8dpo (at a guess) and it was my work colleagues that first noticed. I also dreamt I got a BFP two days before I got one

I've got to say though I haven't been weeing that much at work so maybe it isn't that much. Just haven't stopped at night.

Well I had my main BFP dream on Tuesday so fingers crossed!!!
I am going to have to work really hard not to test tomorrow.

I remember waking up after the dream and being so disappointed that it hadn't been real. I genuinely felt sad. I obviously ran straight to the toilet to POAS and obviously the BFN didn't do much to improve my mood

Ps) I've never been one for night-time weeing during my pregnancy. It's constant throughout the day but then it eases off into the evening. It is very, very rare I wake up in the night with an urge to have a wee. Maybe pregnant women are either daytime or night time wee-ers

I was exactly the same!!! Convinced I was pregnant and had to remind myself it was just a dream. EEEEEEK haha. I am so testing in the morning...

I don't think I can take another month sleeping up hill! Dh thinks I've officially gone mad and that's without the cycling he hasn't caught me doing yet! I'm hoping less than 18 mts this time.

Hi, im reserving my seat. 33, TTC #5 and on cycle 2. Ive used opks for the first time this month. I had positives on cd 16 & 17 and dtd on 10,13,14,16,17 and 19. Not quite sure when I ov ed though as had ewcm amd stabbing pains on cd 19 as well as cramp on cd 17! Im not going to use opks next month as they seem to make the whole thing more stressful. Fingers crossed for lots of bfps :)

Writer I think Mrs is referring to sleeping with a pillow under her pelvis to raise it and aid sperm getting to the cervix!

Well we've dtd three times in fours days, which is pretty good for us! We've had to resort to a rather manual process though, so I'm really hoping the little swimmers are swimming fast enough iykwim! Sorry if tmi! I've just done my NUDC so I'm hoping we're doing the right thing at the right time! Not sure when I'm ov'ing as I've thrown the OPKs out the window this cycle but it should be some time this week.

So me and DH dtd yesterday and I got my first positive CB digi opk smiley face this morning, after yesterday mornings negative and the ic opk positive in the afternoon). Having ov pain as well. It took all my restraint not to jump DH's bones while he was asleep this mornin, I have to get up a lot earlier for work, and don't think he would appreciate being woken up an hour before he has to get up! But now spending all day hoping that lil eggie doesnt go away before we can get home and do it again tonight and tomorrow. I'm guessing cos I got my first + opk yesterday afternoon that I am actually ov during today, so fingers crossed with hit that target. FYI am also temping and my temp dipped yesterday and today has gone up, which also looks like ov. :)

I think after the craziness of my recent cycle I have finally ov'd too! Cd14 no less! Look at me with my textbook ovulation! Pah! Fingers crossed!
