Tomorrow is 3 days before AF is due so what I convince myself is a sane time to start testing and I'll pretend I've not been testing since 6 days before

Been symptom spotting like mad! And I'm not feeling super psycho crazy and unreasonable like I usually am this time before AF.... yet Grin

Thanks Kitty! I thought it was all seafood! That's great as I love it and have been putting off eating it ... Just in case Wink x

Seafood should be fine as long as it has been previously cooked/frozen-so no raw prawns, but the pre cooked pink ones are fine, iyswim. It is only the risk that raw seafood might not be cooked thoroughly that is the issue not the seafood itself. That's why sushi is actually ok to eat-the raw fish has been previously frozen in all pieces of sushi. Try not to eat anything that contains vitamin A as that can cause defects so pâté etc. I am the youngest of lots of siblings so have had this all filtered down to me!

WRT exercise, I've been keeping up my Pilates sessions, but have felt a bit funny doing any exercises on my front-don't know why as I'm sure it is fine!

You are good Rhi!! It's probably best to get in the habit now ... luckily I don't exercise just walk the dog so don't need to change that Wink
What about the food part eg seafood??

Hi girls been a while i've tried to read up!!

Thought id pop in with my stats for feb! Cd31 16dpo no af and no bfp what the FFFF.... Ah well march bus for me by the looks of things.
Af was 34 days long last month, not usually like this but since mc they are all over the place. So looks like another long cycle. But then i ovulated early cd14, which is standard isnt it? So i think i've missed it.

Well done Sazzle that is a really long list considering Feb is a shorter month! This month is going quick though...I know I shouldn't wish my life away but I just want to know.

How far does everyone take the eating the correct food, not drinking and being careful 'just incase'? I went to a soft play centre today with my friends two children and was throwing them around racing down slides and now my stomachs hurting never know how far I should be careful??

Last month (first proper full cycle after month off from the Pill) and I had horrible cramping around 3 to 9dpo. Sharp stabby pains that would stop me mid sentence and was very difficult to keep teaching a lesson in school and not appear wierd! A Heavy, solid stomach. Extreme nausea to the point where I vomited on 7dpo (mrsmissmummy will remember!), fatigue and sore boobs. All a BFN. I think it was my body getting used to being off the Pill. This month, not so bad-ovulation pains day after +VE OPK result. Two days later, waves of nausea (read that is common and down to increase in progesterone) and now not much. Don't know what to think but do know that symptoms can frankly "do one"!!!!! Good luck ladies and I do hope your symptoms are good signs and not like mine were.

Pink fairy what's your dpo? Don't beat yourself up about early testing I think it's normal to want to know ASAP!

Report
EmilyPinkOrBlue · 18/02/2014 20:48

Ditto bought 10 ultra sensitive tests on eBay! If you have ten you might as well get using them :) I got a bfn tonight I wanted to test because of the cramping but I don't feel sad about the bfn as I know it's still early

Pinkfairy88 · 18/02/2014 20:46

Eurgh. Frer tests turned up early and of course I had to do it! I poas! And of course it was a bfn, 100% a bfn! Not even a tiny glimpse of a bfp. It is probably too early to test anyway but was hopeful. Hoping af stays away! Not going to test again until af is due now. Fingers firmly crossed for everyone else! Good luck at the docs Thursday treacle Smile

Littlebear81 ah yeah doesn't seem weird since you're right off the pill, I'm sure it will settle down soon! understand the frustration on difficulty tracking though

RhiBee29 · 18/02/2014 20:23

I have 10miu tests, from what I can tell they are the most sensitive. I bought 10 tests Blush

If I test thursday thats the day af will be due if my cycle is 26 days like last month but still 10dpo.

Report
Littlebear81 · 18/02/2014 20:16

Cursive pretty sure I didn't as i'm only just off the pill after 9 1/2 years so cycle is still settling down.

Rhi I think you should wait as long as poss. If you do it early and it's BFN you'll end up doing two anyway!

EmilyPinkOrBlue · 18/02/2014 20:15

Lucky you off on hols!! I would try a test, can you get your hands on a really sensitive one? If you get a bfp then there is hope for me and these damn cramps!! I just got my oh to make me a hot water bottle hope that helps or at least takes my mind off it.

RhiBee29 · 18/02/2014 20:03

The sore boobs are worse for me! Off on hols tomoro and DH wants me to test before we Leave but I think I should wait until Thursday before our flight when I'll be 10dpo. Why is it all so confusing?

EmilyPinkOrBlue · 18/02/2014 19:57
