Eek! lots of exciting news on here today brook, b4by and beetle. Sorry, and Mog, I'm on phone so trickier to check.

res i've no idea what's happening with me :-( I'm trying not to think about it too much. got an appointment with immunologist a week on friday and that'll be already the 7th March. So by the time i get an appointment with my consultant it might be April! Aaargh! Time to stop thinking again.

Anyway, my lovely hippy dippy friend said that her horoscope said that because the planets are in retrogade (I'm sure that's the word she used), it's good news for anyone ttc. So we'll all be fine :-D

I was invited over to this thread a few weeks ago while I rev up for another IVF next cycle. But I can't keep up with all you guys!

Have just been reading the last few threads trying to see who's doing what and I want to say that is amazing B4by that you had 5 embryos make it to day five.

I noticed resipsa ask if val and Nobeer* are on for a March cycle. Are you three all starting IVF in March along with me?

How is it down under today. Late summer should be nice. Here it is beyond miserable!

Ha, nobeer. I have a friend who does tarot cards online AND has 'psychic' dreams (she claims) in which she sees the future. My success is guaranteed according to her because (a) at the end of last year she had a dream about me being pregnant in the summer time and (b) the tarot said that I would be pushed to my physical and emotional limits before achieving my dream! She sees that as the recent m/c and the dog's death at the same time.

Bless her - wish it was that simple!

Yep - will be FETing in March...just. Scratch on 24th, period due 26th (although as this pill cycle has shown, it started 5 days before the end of my pill packet Hmm) so drugs start 27/28th. My guess is transfer second week of April.

This is all of, course, if the consultant decides my random breakthough bleeding isn't jepodising anything. He is back from his hols on Monday so I guess I will find out then!

brooker lucky you for escaping the bum bullets.

Shell - I'm having FET so start drugs to maintain lining on CD1 which should be 8/9 March then with Day 5 frostie looking at ET on Day 20ish so in just 4 weeks' time.

Hi all, just wanted to say that I never mentioned that they all made it to blastocyst, i have 1 transferred and I was told that I needed to ring the hospital this morning to confirm if the other 4 had made it to blastocyst for freezing. Unfortunately none of them did. So I'm praying that I'm going to have a miracle with the one transfered. Trying to not dwell on it too much and stay positive for the one I have. Apparently the one I have inside of me was at 'compacting stage' on my day 5 transfer. xx fingers crossed xx

b4by I'm sorry to hear that you didn't get any embies to freeze but you have to have faith that your one little squidgy embie is strong and made it to a great stage. Now it just need to make itself at home!! I have my fingers crossed for you

I've missed a lot over the last couple days and I'm really sorry. I've had a bad couple days with DP. He's been quite nasty and not very supportive so the keeping 'de stressed' isn't happening. I don't think I have any tears left in me!
I was also involved in a 4 car traffic accident yesterday which was horrible. Luckily I was at the front (the impact happened from the back and caused a dominoes effect) so the damage to my car was minimal but it was still terrifying.

Anyway, enough about me. I hope everyone is doing ok?

b4by I understand your disappointment I really do but try to focus on the the one embie you have on board. They will have put the best one back. Remember IOTO < It only takes one> How are you feeling today? When is your test date? Mine is a blood test next Friday. It seems so soon. I've been enjoying symptom spotting today seriously - I must be a masicist
beetle how are you feeling today? Has the soreness eased off yet? Pizza... Mmmm.
wish how awful. I hope you're ok. I was thinking of you today as we'd not heard from you for a few days. Have things settled down with DP? That's really not what you need at the minute. Is there anyway of calling a truce / smashing his face in? x

So it seems you are a bit ahead of me then respisa and Vallinnapod in that you are both having FET's and I doing the whole IVF process. It would be a miracle for me to have an embryo make it day 5 for freezing. Is it rude to ask for a quick summary of your last IVF so I can catch up?

Brooker no I'm on loooooooong protocol, I go for another baseline scan on Tuesday and if my lining has list 2mm I'll start stimming then.

I'm just watching you ladies at the moment as it's so dull for me atm!

beetle you are doing amazingly! I couldn't not know. On the last cycle, the clinic forgot to call me on day 2, and by the time I called them they had all left for the day. So I just had to turn up for transfer without knowing what had happened since fertilisation.
