beedle, have you seen the photo of maybe on FB? I'm not expecting the sneeze birth to be as far away as 2.5 weeks! Wink Doing lots and lots of brooking for you. I think maybe's sneeze birth will be timed nicely to get a bit more space on the AN thread ready for your BFP!

imps, hope the blood test goes okay. Plan something to distract you during it and then afterwards to look forward to. Glad munx is limbering up ready for your BFP celebration!

NoMaybeAboutIt · 06/03/2014 10:53

It's a 'If I pretend it isn't happening, it won't' kind of feeling Grin.

BeedlesPineNeedles · 06/03/2014 11:49

I haven't seen the photo dino I'll have to go stalking looking this evening

maybe you carry on pretending, I'm sure all those stories about birth aren't true at all. One sneeze and it all be over, no pain or mess or anything :o :o

NoMaybeAboutIt · 06/03/2014 13:16

Dino! Don't say that!! Though I totally agree about leaving a space for a brooker

I'm not actually worried about labour Beedle. In fact, I'm not entirely sure what I'm worried about. I'm just in denial Wink

BeedlesPineNeedles · 06/03/2014 13:39

I'm doing my best to fill that space maybe , well I would be if I could think of anything at all that will influence the outcome Hmm
I'm glad you're not worried about anything

NoMaybeAboutIt · 06/03/2014 13:54

You're doing amazingly lovely Beedle x

Imps9 · 06/03/2014 17:01

"Two and a half weeks" actually means "any minute now" doesn't it really. Not that I want to freak you out or anything Maybe Wink . Sorry you haven't had the best diffed time - what's happened, or do you not want to go into it?

Blood test was okay - I nearly fainted but didn't cry at least. The nurse was good and let me play with my phone and talk very loudly at her while it was happening. She also didn't say things like "vein" or "blood" which helped. To answer your question Maybe this was the day 3 test (she called it the day 4-7 test?) - can anyone enlighten me as to which hormone this tests for? I have forgotten.

NoMaybeAboutIt · 06/03/2014 18:51

Glad all went well Imps! This one tests for your LH/FSH balance and then your day 21 (ish) is your progesterone. I've had hyperemesis, so was quite poorly. But medication is amazing!!

So tell us, what are your culinary plans this weekend?!

Stacks · 08/03/2014 08:04

Lurking some more hoping to catch the good news from beedle.

keepitgoing · 08/03/2014 11:58

glad you've got the ball rolling imps. BTW what was the sperm issue? my dh had crap morphology but by the time we did ivf it was much better which he credits a cocktail of vitamins.

beedle thinking of you and brooking for tomorrow xx

Imps9 · 08/03/2014 17:27

Oooooh Beedle hope you're okay. Brooking soooooo hard for Blastobeedle.

Hello Keep . Sperm is totes fucked really - v low count (4million or something), 18% motility and 100% abnormal forms. Apparently this isn't a bar to IVF/ICSI though as there will likely be some usable sperm somewhere! OH is healthy - gave up caffeine yonks ago, doesn't smoke, eats well etc - we've both cut down on booze but it prob won't make a difference to his swimmers. Always good to be a bit healthier though!

Sorry to hear about hyperemesis Maybe - when did you have it until? Eeeeek can't wait for little Maybe to arrive!!!

NoMaybeAboutIt · 08/03/2014 20:26

There will def be good sperm Imps, MrM had zero swimmers and look where we are Wink

The HG is always in the background, and has reared it's head the past month, but I came off my meds around 25 weeks ish I think, but still take the odd pill if I need it. The way I'm looking tonight, She is going to be escaping any day!

keepitgoing · 08/03/2014 20:57

really?? what makes you say that??Grin Grin Grin

NoMaybeAboutIt · 08/03/2014 21:25

It doesn't help that the pup will not leave me alone Keep. But it's fine, she's not coming for aaaaaaages yet

Solars · 08/03/2014 21:38

Just wanted to come on and say all my brooking luck for you tomorrow Beedle

NoCupcakesOrCocktails · 09/03/2014 08:55

Yaaaaaaayyyyyy! Awesome news Beedle! I just popped back to see your news. I'm so very happy for you! Smile

Imps your back?! I can't believe I've missed that. Lovely to see you. Sorry to hear you and DH need ICSI. I really like your what will be will be attitude. I wish I could be more like that.

AFM I have my operation tomorrow, I feel very down still. DH has booked for us to go to New York in June for our anniversary to cheer me up. I'm still worried about everything but it is providing me with a distraction at least.

Hope everyone else is well, not long now Maybe!
