Is it possible to be 11-12 woks and get BFNs?

Ok, so I'm driving myself mad. We weren't ttc. However, I've been feeling for a while now like I'm pg. I have 3 DC and some of the signs are similar. We used protection but of course contraception can fail.
I have done numerous tests over the last few weeks and all have been neg. Some of the tests had a super faint hint of something but so faint that I assumed must be evap lines as no colour to the line and could only be seen when held up to the light and looking very hard.
Anyway, so I accepted I'm not and tried to move on. Tonight I was lying down watching tv and felt a sensation like fluttering, you know, the feeling you get when you first start feeling baby move.
I looked on the calendar and we would have last done the deed around 11-12 wks ago.
I honestly feel like I'm going mad. What is going on?!!

Thanks Antoniette.. Bleeding slowed right down now so has lasted roughly two days like the last two times. I don't think there's much chance I am pg now, it was quite crampy.. Still getting the 'movements', will be glad once I've had the scan and can stop thinking about it all.

Let us know what they say when you get your scan. Hopefully its nothing to worry about.

Whatsthecrack - I have a cunning plan! Go to the doc and pretend you haven't had a period for two months but feign ignorance. He will send you for a test just in case. If it turns out negative after all, you can just pretend AF has mysteriously turned up finally.

Movement type sensations seem to have tailed off now. This is one of the weirdest things that has ever happened to me. I was basically conceived I was pg!
Think I'll still go for the scan just to check all is ok. Not expecting to see a baby though

Not feeling movements anymore kind of feel like a phoney going for the scan but I want to make sure all is ok. I have had coloposcopies in the past and have a fibroid, so would just like to get checked out then I can move on without any nagging doubts..

Don't feel like a phoney. You're absolutely right to go and get checked out-you had really unusual, ongoing symptoms.

Been for the scan, all is fine! Nothing there! I have a weird body.. Relieved it's nothing bad. Can relax and enjoy Xmas now
