Hi girls. Am licking my wounds from failed October bus - refused to get off until I got BFP or AF: AF arriving as we speak! Anyway, cycles too long to have a BFP due in November but thought I'd come on here to cheer you all on - most of you kept me sane in oct bus!

Not to go in list but: ttc 1; cycle 12(!!); BFP is anybody's guess but after 8th December

So, I'm not symptom spotting, but I've never had sore (.)(.)'s on a cycle but for the last few days they've been tingly on and off and today they are feeling quite odd. Can't really describe it as pain, but just mild and odd.

Ha! Well at least I'm normal then ...well, you know what I mean, not normal as such, but symptom wise ha ha. Is there any much point in me trying to track my ov through opks then if it is liable to take a while for first AF to arrive? My doctor says some people get pregnant before their first AF, but surely I'm not going to be that lucky... will ov show up on an opk before first AF? Its a minefield isnt it? So much to try to get your head round.

Has anyone used pre-seed?

5dpo today and absolutely symptomless! I'm quite nervous this month as getting AF last month hit me so hard, I don't fancy doing that again! This bit is so boring. I feel like I'm just sat waiting and waiting. I should probably go and do something exciting.

Thanks DinkyMole. I've just ordered a cbfm as I bought some IC OPKs and out of 8 that I've done, 6 have been inconclusive and after looking at other threads on here, people have recommended spending that bit extra for a more accurate yes or no rather than a big fat question mark!!

Oh m33r sorry to see you here, hugs. Definitely jump aboard anyway with us for moral support, plus your fertile week will be in November so you can always hop across to the December bus after that.

I use preseed Sara, as I tend not to always get too much ewcm. I find it fine, although others don't like it as they find it too 'wet', which it kind of is! Others prefer conceive plus from boots I think. I've been using preseed for 6 cycles and no bfp so maybe they're right! I'm going to switch to conceive plus when I finish my current lot of preseed just to mix it up a bit!

I actually went on to amazon and read the reviews on there with people claiming they got pregnant first cycle using it but I doubt that helped much to be honest...thats not really why I'm looking into it (although any help is welcome!) but more for the comfort during dtd!!!!!

Exactly, when ttc you're dtd a lot so it needs to be comfortable doesn't it!!

I read the same reviews too but as you say, they could easily have got pg that month anyway, who knows!

Exactly! It's worth a go isnt it...but if nothing else, may as well be comfortable! Do you think pillow under bum helps? I'm not convinced if I'm honest...but its worth a go...anything to helps those little swimmers reach their destination! My OH thinks I've gone mad...lying with a pillow under my bottom last night, dying for a wee but wouldn't dare move for at least an hour...Ha! I really have gone mad! Typing this out, I have realised maybe OH is right?! Please reassure me I'm not alonein the craziness.....

Oh no not alone at all, I frequently post on here while lying with my legs up against the wall, pillow under bum! Used to do it for about half an hour, only do about 10 mins now, give them a bit of a helping hand but I figure if they've not made it on their way in 10 mins they probably aren't going to!

Blimey I don't check in for a day and we're already 3 pages into a new thread! Massive congratulations to all the BFPs so far. I haven't been able to temp today because I haven't been to bed for over 24 hours! Was on a night shift then had family stuff. On a positive note I spent the afternoon with the most loveliest 18month old girl. Sooo broody now!

Sara and imaginary, I spent a good 15-20 mins twice today with pillow under bottom.....honestly....you would think I had nothing better to do!!! Oh well, anything is worth a try I guess. I suppose I also got sick of the planning with ttc so throwing smep out was a bit of an impluse thing, but I figured that the good quality swimmers were there for the first dtd and the second time was just for fun then I'm sure by tomorrow they will restock.....i hope :/

Starting to feel like just going with whatever feels right! Plotting, planning and poas addiction was just too much for me last cycle.....so reckon I'll just chill......well let's see how long this can last!

Probably is a good thing mama, you do hear these stories about women who fall pg straight way when they relaxrelax and just go with the flow. I couldn't relax at all last month not having any opks, feel so much better this cycle already!

Sara I use conceive plus, I'm on second cycle using it. I, ahem, just put a little blob on the end of dh as too much and I can't feel anything as it's TOO wet ha ha!! (And it's not dh's fault i can't feel it )

Haha I know I'm not the only one who does it choccy, I've known other people post on here from the same position! I agree I think with the preseed etc its just a matter of getting the quantity right! I tried the grapefruit juice last cycle and just can't do it, its too vile, I tried mixing it with 3 parts apple juice to dilute but its still all I could taste. I wish I liked it but I just can't stand it. Hope the spotting stays away for you, fingers crossed.
