LH ditto that ha ha. Ds starts nursery next Monday only for 2 mornings a week, and if am rather looking forward to it! He's at the hitting/doesn't want to get dressed/everything is no stage and I must say I'm not enjoying it! Looking forward to someone else sorting him out for a couple of mornings!

I've just sat and had a bit of a sob in the bath because I'm scared of getting AF. It came 4 days early last month and it was such a shock after not having to try for either of my two DS and DF being confirmed as having "super sperm". I have absolutely no symptoms this month and just feel like I "know" it's not going to happen.

Oh LH Sad have you had any bleeding? dont give up hope yet, maybe wait a couple of days and retest. I really hope it was just dodgy tests for you.

and yes you reception teachers are crazy, I got my QTS in 2011 and now I dont want the hard work so im setting up as a childminder!!!

Yes Lucy, I am actually starting to regret going into teaching, Ive been teaching 5 years now, and the workload is just increasing every year, with less and less time spent with the kids, which lets face it, is the reason we went into teaching. But its only going to get worse so just got to either suck it up or leave!!

Dont lose hope DinkyMole, until AF arrives theres always a glimmer of hope no matter how much you feel that this month is just not your month x

Dinky, I feel that way too now, like I'm just waiting for AF to pounce! But, like we ladies always say here - until that day comes, we are all still in the running!

LH - well thats a good sign Smile try not to worry I know those tests said neg but you have no other symptoms of a chemical do you. They are very common and I have read up so much about them lately but I hope yours isnt one.

Sara - Totally agree!! Dont get me wrong I miss being in the classroom and love the buzz it gives me but aa ive got older I have realised my family time is more important Smile maybe one day I will go back to it!!!

Can I have a standing room only spot on this bus? Don't think a bfp will even be possible for me in novemebrr so I don't think I can take a seat.

Have just heard today that I'm expecting a miscarriage shortly so I'm devastated :( but also so optimistic about starting ttc straight away again, have hopped on the dec bus but that seems so long away so I hope you don't mind me hanging around here as I love the excitement and optimism there is :)

Ladies, sorry I've not read back on today's posts but I'm totally freaking out here and need your advice.

I just did an ic opk and the dark line came up straight away. This is the third day its been strong for me which is unusual. I also had a funny turn this morning where I got really dizzy and nauseous in the shower and almost passed out.
I have loads of ic preg tests and still had my pot of wee from the opk I just did, so I did one, and it's positive. Definitely. The only other test I had in was a boots own brand so I did that too. Also positive.

The thing is, I just finished my period 4 days ago. I had my usual spotting from 24th to 26th october, light flow 27th heavy flow 28th and 29 and light 30 and 31st. This is completely normal for me, I do always have a couple of very heavy days and this month was no exception, heavy flow with clots (sorry tmi but as I said freaking out!) on 28th and 29th.

Could I be pregnant and still have got a full on period? Or could it be I was and had a chemical pregnancy and the tests are still picking up the hormone?

I was thinking of nipping out to get a digi with the weeks on but don't know if that would help?! Am I just going to have to keep testing over then next few days and see if the line gets stronger or weaker?

Argh!

Imaginary it is very possible!! It's exactly what I thought I had last month as I was convinced I was pg due to getting dizzy when I stood up.
I looked it up online and some women still have af, and some people have very heavy implantation bleeding.
I'd book yourself in to the dr pronto! They can do a blood test. Good luck!! :)

imaginary that sounds very confusing for you. Your most recent af could have been breakthrough bleeding.
If I was you I would do a digi tomorrow with fmu. But if you haven't got one I wouldn't bother going and getting one, just buy it tomorrow and do it the following morning.

vj i had some light bleeding/heavy spotting for a short time last week. Gp did 48 hour blood tests and my hcg hasn't increased which is why I've been told to expect a mc. I should be 5+6 today.

Oh jessieagain how traumatic I can't even imagine your quite inspirational though with your optimism I hope you don't have to wait long for your bfp.

Well I am nervous even writing feel like I'm tempting fate or something by even thinking about being successful this month.
I am sooooo nervous I just can't imagine how it can be any different this month I don't feel different, nothing has changed and feeling eternally negative. What is wrong with me?? I am pretty sure positive thoughts make positive results just can't shake the idea that this journey isn't finished for me.
