Panic - Im Dpo 10. Due Friday.

All chat - that is annoying. But maybe you are testing a little early still

Average positive is found on 13.6 dpo (interesting fact for the day! Smile)

VickyVix · 14/10/2013 14:23

Ha gin I was wondering the same thing, been having problems accessing today.

panic test!!!! Or wait till FMU

allchat don't give up yet, if AF hasn't arrived it's not over :)

lucy hope you feel better soon, always best to get checked out in my view

VickyVix · 14/10/2013 14:24

Forgot to add, decided to tell DH tonight. He will be home late but I can't tell him by text! I have bought a nifty box to put my collection of HPTs in Grin

Babymamatobe · 14/10/2013 14:25

Right I feel like I'm walking around like Dolly Parton and can hardly keep my eyes open!! I'm 8dpo - when can I test???

allchatnicknamesgone · 14/10/2013 14:48

for you babymama

onelifeonechance · 14/10/2013 14:50

Good lord, i'm away for a weekend and we're on a brand new thread and there is so much to catch up on that my head hurts!

VickyVix OMG Grin squeeeeeeeeeaaaaallllllllll!!!! Grin Lots of hand clapping and jumping up and down going on here for you! Talk about dramatic - i first read Af has arrived and feel all sad for you....only to discover you've got your longed for BFP, so happy for you! Hugs. Enjoy your secret and sharing it with your DH Smile

Sorry to choccy and milk and all those af got, she's a mean thing and i wish she'd realise we all don't like her blows a raspberry at af Wine and Cake and hugs for you all, best of luck for next month.

Hello mama! Sorry to abandon you but was away for the weekend and no phone signal so i have been having major withdrawel symptoms Wink How is your 2ww going? i've just made the half way point - 7dpo for me, not a hint of a symptom, which was exactly like last cycle, but who knows, have given up trying to second guess it all as when i've had symptoms i've had BFNs and when i've not had symptoms i've had BFNs so what will be will be and just trying to ride the wave.

Hello mrsb and jaykay, hows the back seat of the bus doing? Loving your positivity jaykay and really hoping your gut feeling is right, women have a way of knowing these things so fx for you!

Hello to everyone else too there's just been too much to comment on everything so safe to say a big hello and wish the luck of the October bus on us all Smile

panicmechanic · 14/10/2013 14:57

Right then I have bought a test and will do tomorrow! Arghhh beating my self up for drinking on my bday and yesterday - not excessive (my DH thinks I am mad to panic) but I still had some vino :(

mama31 · 14/10/2013 15:01

Oh hello onelife....its been a while!!!! glad to have you back :) :) :) I'm only 4dpo (yawn) have no symptoms at all, the odd twinge here and there but nothing exciting that can't be explained! Wow 7dpo....when are you testing?? I'm insane.....so ill prob start testing with IC tests on Friday at 8dpo.....coz I'm a crazy girl!!!! wish I could hold off....but no point lying....i know I'm gona do it lol how was your wkend onelife? X

mama31 · 14/10/2013 15:02

Yay! Panic!!! Good luck! And don't worry re the alcohol it's so early on and is all fine!!!

mama31 · 14/10/2013 15:05

Allchat!!! Thanks for that!! :) 32% chance of a bfp at 8dpo.....where there's a chance sure you might as well ;) lol

onelifeonechance · 14/10/2013 15:10

Lol mama i knew you'd have a 'testing plan' to accompany the 'sex plan' Smile
I'm afraid i'm a stick in the mud and have no intention of testing until next Tuesday when if i get there it will be the longest cycle since coming off the pill in Feb so i would officially be late and then..and only then..will i allow myself to poas as just find it so gutting to get a BFN. My plan is to wait til then as would be 15dpo so if i am preggers pretty please pregnancy fairy then it should def show and if i'm not then af will have shown her ugly face by then and i'll know that way. BUT, that doesn't mean i can't get excited about you poas and will be hoping and praying for you! Smile
Weekend was good ta, if a little wet! rain wise not anything cm related! ha ha Did have a little drinky poos with friends but used the driving excuse so no one noticed i wasn't knocking them back. Hope you had a nice weekend too?

Ooo panic, good luck testing tmrw!

mama31 · 14/10/2013 15:17

Onelife! Lol re the "wet wkend" you know on here that means something so very different! Haha!

Yes I had a great wkend thanks, had wine and food with friends and a nice time during the day with DH sat and sun ;) as he was on nights but managed some quality time during the days. Took the dog for a nice long walk too :) and also went for a run so busy enough.

Awh your just too good holding off with the testing (but that's even longer for me to wait to hear about your bfp :/) you are very sensible and I am very jealous of your patience....and yes please pray for my bfp (at 8dpo lol) as I have no patience and want to know (now) soon as I possibly can!!! zero symptoms for the first time since starting ttc so I'm glad not to be symptom spotting (just yet). I did have globs (tmi) of creamy cm today but may be leftovers from a recent delivery ;)

mama31 · 14/10/2013 15:20

Oh and my testing plan is as per usual......test every day (sometimes twice :/ ) from 8dpo. it's literally the most stupid plan ever but I think I kinda like the drama of it all....its so wrong :/

panicmechanic · 14/10/2013 15:23

Thanks so much for the reassurance - panic by name, panic by nature...

onelifeonechance · 14/10/2013 15:27

Well if you get your BFP on Friday then my resolve may very well weaken!! Going to try to stick to it though as made a deal with myself last month shook hands and everything Smile But my excitement for news of your BFP will keep me going through the weekend so everyone's a winner! Grin

Hope your nice long walk with your pooch was on the beach you live near Wink Sounds like a lovely weekend Smile Think it's v important to have fun and live for now. I def had a moment this wk/e of thinking how lucky i am - lovely hubby, lovely house, lovely friends, good health etc. - really trying to hold that thought and please remind me of it if AF strikes! more raspberry blowing at af to warn her off I have a good life, i can't wait for a baby to enhance that life, but whilst i'm waiting i'm having a lovely time Smile Sounds like you are too!

onelifeonechance · 14/10/2013 15:30

Don't think it's a ridiculous plan at all! There are definitely two camps on here - those that test pre AF and those that don't. I don't think either is right or wrong, it's just down to personal choice. So go for it if you want to!! Smile Eeeeee, it's all so exciting this!

onelifeonechance · 14/10/2013 15:33

Panic, are you also a mechanic? Mechanic by name, mechanic by nature? Wink Please say yes, i'd love that (plus i have a car related question!)

mama31 · 14/10/2013 15:38

Onelife yes the dog was walked on the beach :) I too feel very blessed by my life and feel thankful every day with everything I have....i am very happy :) of course a baby would just make it all complete ;) but it is important to appreciate what you have already, I'm so with you on that and believe it happens at the most perfect time for each of us....not necessarily when we want it....

I doubt I'll get a bfp by Friday, I am realistic about that also but sure I might as well give it a go ;) no harm done :)

sazzlehopes · 14/10/2013 15:40

mama31 you are hilarious with your obsessive testing. I normally would wait until af didn't show for several days before testing but your testing bug is infectious and I've just bought a cheap batch online for when I think i might be 10 dpo.... Oh coming on here makes the whole experience a bit less stressful somehow!

ThisIsMeNow · 14/10/2013 15:46

So me and dd went to tesco, forked out for two packs of digitals (figured words will be easier than lines to interpret!), came home, poas and .....

THE FUCKING THING BROKE!!!!
ShockHmm

I threw away my pee too so can't test again for at least an hour. Damn it!!

Writerwannabe83 · 14/10/2013 15:52

Lol mama - I can't wait to see you POAS!! You are just another me!!
Twice a day from 7dpo Grin

My mantra was, "And even if Im not today, that that doesn't mean I won't be tomorrow" Grin

I used to love testing so frequently and so early. I loved feeling sick with excitement twice a day, gave me something to look forward to!

You go for it!! Grin

VickyVix · 14/10/2013 15:52

Hey onelife good to see you!! Waving frantically!! Glad you had a good weekend.

I've got my fingers crossed for you (and everyone else of course) in my case no symptoms was a good sign :) i even got a visit from bloomin AF - mental.

For all those thinking of testing, good luck, I say if you want to test, then test, we'll be right here with you. Just don't go spending a fortune on it, I spent upwards of £30 on tests this morning Shock hope I don't need to do that again, have two left for tomorrow and day after.

mama31 · 14/10/2013 15:54

Sazzle!!! Yay!!! Become an addict like me!! :) :) let's test obsessively together!!! :) lol when you going to start??? Let's start Friday??? :)

Thisisme! How frustrating....take it back and ask for your money back (imagine doing that, their faces haha!! ) oh I'm so dying to hear! hope it's a bfp! :)

mama31 · 14/10/2013 15:57

Thanks writer! I love how your feeding my poas addiction...makes me feel slightly more sane! lol I'm just using the IC's so I'm not spending money and do have others for backup if I need them!!! Awh it is so exciting writer I also love the excitement and build up, and like you I always think "oh well maybe tomorrow will be my bfp" it's all good :)

How you doing writer??

Writerwannabe83 · 14/10/2013 16:01

I'm glad I'm pregnant but I'm so jealous of you all because you all still get to POAS Grin

I'm not doing too bad, I'm just super bored with being off work. They are querying now whether there is an issue with my placenta and until I have had my 20 week scan and seen my Consultant I'm not allowed back at work. That's still 4 weeks away and I'm already bored! I have only spent 3.5 days in work during the last 6 weeks so to now have another 4 weeks off, well, it's just getting a bit much now. I miss my job and my colleagues. I like my own company but it's getting a bit tedious now Hmm

But, I know it is all for the good of the baby, who now that I know the sex, I think I love a million times more Smile
