Well I stopped drinking at 11am, haven't had a wee since 2pm, got home, new ICs arrived, wee... Same silvery line. Pah! Try again tomorrow!

Just been to my GP for a flu jab and also spoke to him re TTC. Felt a bit of a numpty but he was very kind. He said it's very encouraging that I appear to be ovulating so soon after stopping the pill and it's too early to worry about my cycles at the moment but he understands how upsetting it can be. Unfortunately he didn't seem bothered about my LP length and said he doesn't think a 7-day one would prevent pregnancy. Shame he thinks that! Hopefully he's right!

gin - yep. This we've hit the magic 20 on day 18! result!

hislommel - another silver line? must mean something! yep - it's a 6am date! I'd like to think of it as a quick pre-party (like where you go round your friends for a bottle of wine before you go out!)

after a few days of squinting at grey lines on those one step IC things i decided to sack them off and use a first response (stupidly not with FMU but i am on nights at the moment and not thinking straight) and i find myself looking at a squinty pink line. It is there i am sure as the miserable sensible husband can see it.

do these give false positives often? really want to be thrilled but i am being cautious, i had a chemical pregnancy in august and i was devastated.
I will obviously retest for the party tomorrow though!

I've read frer aren't prone to false. and blue dyes are a lot more likely to false than pink.

I have been using those IC tests like a person possessed for months and i think they have driven me slightly crazy.
trying not to get overly excited, its very faint and given what happened in august i am concerned the same will happen again

Ohhhh I think my body is playing cruel jokes on me :-(

Just been to the toilet and..........blood. I think I'm 11dpo, could maybe be 10dpo, I'm trying not to get too excited that it could be implantation bleeding, but surely AF isn't going to turn up 6 days early. I have a very regular 28 day cycle so not sure what's going on :-(

Today is dragging in, I want to pee on that stick tomorrow!!! Although if it is implantation bleeding it will probably be too early!!

hislommel, and anyone else POAS tomorrow, good luck! Also, I would choose FRER over IC, I had faint lines, shadows, etc, on ICs for 3 days, then nothing on the 4th day, but a definite pink line on an FRER. The IC tests are not the best.
