All symptoms have gone. Af due thurs. Not holding much hope now.

Can I come to the poas party too? I'll either be 6dpo or 2dpo but not sure if my pos opk on sun was pos or not and I'm due (according to calendar) to ov wed. Haven't a clue so just dtd-ing away!

Anyway, I think all active poas-ers should work out how to upload photos before Friday! I love to physically see the tests and won't be able to wait!!!! :-)

I'm on CD11. Never known when I ovulate so just basing it on the average (CD14?). Which would put me JUST on the November bus. Still clinging on with my fingernails to this bus
Now I know what my body is doing after the dreaded Cerazette, I'm so much calmer about this whole ttc malarky, but I'm still happy to wave those pom poms for anyone who needs an OTT, ever so slightly crazed pep talk! xx

I'm so nervous to write this but my AF cramps are kind of changing and moving upwards towards my tummy. Like a kind of stretching feeling. I kind of vaguely remember this feeling 6 years ago, but I'm scared it might be my body playing tricks on me or my mind. Been desperate for the pains to feel different to AF pains.

DPO12 and I've been very good and not tested today! That bfn floored me, so I'm going to wait until and see if AF arrives. She is due on thurs. I've never had a Luteal phase past 14 days. Am I right that that cannot really change???? I read ovulation can only be delayed but the length of luteal phase doesn't not change by much (plus or minus a few days)?????

Oh and yes Allchat I think you're right that lp doesn't change much. Mine is 16 days And May explained why I'm not pg yet as for first few months ttc I used calendar to check ov and dtd at that time but then AF came two days later each month for about 6months. I think therefore that my lp had stuck at 16 but ov was getting later and I was missing it for those six months ...

Yep, I'm not going to poas tomorrow!!! I might cave on thurs morning if I happen to catch up fmu. I'm normally so desperate for my morning wee, unless I have the apparatus I just go! I deliberately did it this morning and I'm only testing next time with flu. Whats mental is that I have 10 of those internet cheapies in my drawer. The enthusiasm here is so infectious, and I don't mean to sound glum, but that lonely desperate feeling I get with a bfn just swallows me up.
I just keep thinking if this is our month, we can tell everyone just in time for Chrimbo. Got to stop thinking like that. DH tells me to stop building my hopes up. I tell him if that the only bit of advice then don't talk abut it!

It's difficult because I'm getting the feeling that I know too much, but then that piece of info is so valuable. What I don't understand is how people still get late periods then if they know when they ovulated? I did my temps this month to be sure.

allchat I get really down sometimes too. Total all consuming hopelessness and mostly try to keep it to myself but MN people will help and won't resent you feeling low about it!

Being told not to think about is so frustrating and I also wish I didn't know half of what I know but then again knowing when you ov - how can that not be useful?!? I dunno allchat I'm just trying to keep going and Try to catch the positivity from this mad lot! If you poas on thurs, I'll be around to congratulate or commiserate.

Jaykay I must admit, I quite like temping. I find a bit of sanity within knowledge lol. We're TTC for our 1st so it's pretty easy to take my temp at the same time everyday. I've wondered whether to stop temping after confirmation of ovulation but so far decided against it. I was interested in triphasic phases and wondered that if I didn't see one, would that mean I definitely wouldn't be getting a bfp, but having looked on FF here then I feel a bit more comfortable continuing on during my LP. I have FX that you're one of those 12.46%!

VJONES, I didn't know that bleeding gums were a symptom?! I booked a dentist appointment today because mine were bleeding loads when I brushed my teeth which is something they never do.....hmm. AF's due tomorrow so if she doesn't arrive I'll poas on Thursday when I've got a day's annual leave.

I'm not really feeling it this month, I handed my notice in at my horrible job last week so I've been really giddy about that and not really thinking about potential bambinos. It would be typical of my impeccable timing to get up duffed the month I quit my job with nothing to go to

Can anyone describe what an implantation cramp feels like and what the bleed is like I.e how much etc?

I know I'm probably going to get the answer that it depends on each individual, but I've had a bit of a weird feeling in my lower stomach but kind of to the side, and now a darkish colour mucus when I wipe, but only a tiny but (sorry TMI!!!!)

Agreed mama! And I didn't mean to suggest that you were always all smiles and roses. I think we tKe turn about keepin each other sane and being positive! One day I'm all 'it'll happen; these thing take time' the next I'm in a fit of despair and I know (especially from last month) that you get that too! The party is what is keeping me going though - great planning! I'll bring bagels and coffee (decaf for those who get good news!) :-)
