Looking for the November bus to hop on please. If anyone knows the next one due can you point me to it? Thanks!

This is my fourth cycle too and I was devastated when af arrived this week. My lp is still only seven days so been finding it tough. Not to mention pretending to be happy about dh's brother's girlfriend's pregnancy!!

It's hard to be happy for others, isn't it?
My best work friend is adopting this half term - it's easier to be happy for her. What was tough was the 'shower'. Several babies present and lots of 'you'll be next' comments! At least I knew I wasn't pregnant then so I could have plenty of champagne

Oh, I can only mange weekends, I'm getting in such a flap incase we 'miss' it. Guess there's nothing more we can do not like I can bottle his sperm and use it when he's away

I really hate the "when's the next one then?" I know it's meant well but it drives me mad. I feel like saying 'well we're shagging as often as possible but Af came this month so it was all bloody pointless anyway'.
Hate feeling that dtd is pointless, it's meant to be fun!

If I comment on Facebook about being tired/emotional I am burdened with loads of 'you must be pregnant' comments. No, I'm not! I've just had an awful period and my performance management review. That's why I'm tired and emotional!

Ha ha! I know exactly what you mean - yesterday I was helping my sil choose ribbon to make the baby show invitations and we were talking about how the baby was conceived after a few pills were accidentally missed. I said, "well, I've 'forgotten' the pill for three months so far and nothing has happened!". Cue awkward silence...

I know what you mean, friends keep asking if I want to tell them anything "yes, I'm fat because I've eaten lots of cake and I look like crap because dd hasn't slept for the past month." then give them this look especially as they've all fallen pregnant accidentally.

Thisisme, I'm in the same position as you - friends all conceived accidentally or v quickly. Hence I'm left wondering if there's actually something wrong with me? Well, I guess a short lp is part/all of the problem! :(

I can't complain, we got dd quickly and this is early days for us really. I'm just impatient and having spent so many years trying not to get pregnant I don't think you can help but worry when it doesnt just happen. I just love that I can have a rant and be totally honest on here!

My colleague who sits next to me at work is 23 weeks PG, since deciding to TTC I now have serious bump envy. I'm bored, is it November yet? No for me as on the off chance I am PG then implantation could be today! Although I don't think there is any blood transfer until at least week 5, but can't remember......I'm still eating soft cheese etc though, until I get a BFP

Since starting ttc I have seen baby bumps everywhere!!

Morning all! What lovely weather we're having in the South West.. yuck!
Reading back a bit, I just wanted to add that I get very peed off / envious at the sheer amount of my fb friends who seem to fall pg accidentally - since my dh and I got married, we've had the pointed looks from our parents as if to say 'blimey, what's taking them so long!'. Very frustrating! It's not like we're not trying!!

I'm not sure if Nov will be a lucky month for me or not. I didn't get a very good line on any OPKs, but i've had a bit of cm when i estimate that I'm supposed to. I have just gone on blind faith that a strongish line was good enough. It won't be though! And still the performance issues are there. We've resorted to the 'DIY' method of him, ahem, helping himself, and then popping it in when he's ready (way TMI, sorry!! I have no one else to talk to!!) I'm not sure if that's going to be effective though - Will his little swimmers fall short? Who knows...it's a waiting game!

Still, it's monday, it's pitch black, and it's pissing down!

Maybe just my normally short 25 day cycles lengthening. Could this be as a result of taking pregnacare do you think?

Can I please join the November bus? It has been a while since I was on! I am ttc#1 cycle 5, bfp due around nov 8. So far I've been trying the laid back approach of "let's just see what happens" and clearly that is not working for us!! So this cycle I have started temping and may start using OPKs too. I'm not leaving anything to chance from now on!! Hope everyone has had a good weekend? Who is next to test?
