Gilly I hope you get your BFP this month but if you don't then I'd say go on the rides! It might help shake the egg and sperm together haha. I'm sure it wouldn't do any harm. The fertilized egg would be floating around in a vacuum so would be unaffected by the outside of your body twirling around, upside down and dropping at speed

We are only there for just less than a week (going to disneyland Paris) and it's going to be around 8-12 DPO... ish! That's if my cycle behaves!!!!!

Gonna keep ttc and just see what happens I guess.. Gonna do some googling now!

Well ladies, date night was just lovely until we got home and I noticed some pinkish/brownish cm and a tiny spec of blood :/ told DH I thought this was the pre af spotting starting and he was absolutely gutted so put a real dampner on the end of the night :(

Got up this morning to a small amount of pinky but very watery cm and this evening it seems to be clear/milkyish cm or nothing. Wish af would just come and get it over with now!!! Really dragging this out now :( on the plus side DH and I had a great chat this morning about it all and he's in much better form again and we had a lovely day together.

How is everyone else doing???

writer- yeh- exactly (I'm a doctor), but defo agree with the consensus that most people wouldn't even know they were pregnant as early as Gilly would be testing, so I'd think it would be fine until defo had a confirmed pregnancy- but even then, would prob be fine! We all follow all the rules that were told (because were so worried) but in France pregnant women drink wine, eat soft cheese etc... And their babies are fine! But we receive all this advice, (like no alcohol when ttc, or in pregnancy)- depends how far you want to go in following it. (Alcohol in pregnancy is a definate no no I'd think though!)

No gilly I'm 12dpo and have a short cycle af was due yesterday. But was taking b6 so think that has lengthened my cycle slightly.....wish it would just come full flow now tho coz my crazy brain will continue questioning until it does :(

I think the issue is G-force. I really don't think that could pose any danger at 12dpo. I hope the issue doesn't arise and that you get your bfp this time but if not, I bet there will be tons of women there who are newly pregnant and don't even realise - I wouldn't stress (but hate rollercoasters so wouldn't be going on them anyway!).

I was a wondering where your update was today mama I'm glad you had some lovely quality time with your hubby and all my fingers and toes are crossed that a BFP may still be an option x

I'm feeling much better today thanks Gilly, I'm still losing some blood but it is now old/dried blood as opposed to fresh so I guess all the residual crap is just making its way out I have got some aches and twinges around my hips and pelvic area but I'm putting it down to normal stretching. I've got to see my GP on Monday about getting signed off from work so I will ask her advice, just to make sure it's nothing to worry about. I've had a super duper lazy day whilst my husband has done absolute mountains of housework!! It's nice to feel looked after

I'm good... On a coach back to London from Devon at the moment! DH is going to pick me up from the station when I eventually get there!
Had a nice few days away with family... Unfortunately DH had to work so couldn't come but i work shifts and have been off work since Thursday and not back in work til Monday

AF is due on Monday. Don't know if I've had an bfp symptoms really. Had lots of CM for the last week and for the last few days I've had a lot of cramps/twinges/back pain and SERIOUSLY CONSTIPATED

Hoping for a bfp but gearing myself up for AF.
This is the first month of ttc that I haven't tested early and I definitely feel better for it. I haven't tested at all and I'm going to unless AF is late which means no testing til maybe Tuesday or Wednesday. I guess we'll have to wait and see!

Gilly I'm doing the same. AF due anytime DPO 14- Mon, or Tue or Wed, I'm not going to test, as got quite down last month when we first ttc, when tested from 12 DPO. So gonna wait until AF late. When I was preg with number 1 didn't have symptoms till 17DPO, when I then had a definitive bFp.

I'll test Thurs if AF not got me!

mama31 hope your ok and AF is still at bay... It ain't over till the fat "AF" lady sings? But I know what you mean, you know when it's coming. Even when you try to pursuade yourself for a day that AF is implantation bleeding, when changing tampons loads - doh!

OMG. BFP. TOTALLY wasn't expecting it this month, was resigned to trying again in October.
This has been such a long wait - was last pg in jan, mc early feb - am petrified its going to happen again....
Am not sure i believe the test actually, might have to go and buy another one.

I know I said I wouldn't test unless AF is late but I'm soooo tempted to test today!

DH and I are both off work... He's snoozing in bed next to me.... I haven't gone for a wee yet today but I need to!

I'm 13dpo..... If I'm pregnant there'd definitely be a line of sorts there by now.....

I think I'm more mentally prepared for AF's arrival than for a bfn though

But can't help thinking what a lovely happy day we will have together if it's positive.
