Those hairless dogs look kinda scary...is that what you've got wispa or is yours different? And as for a reptile no thank you! Would however consider a tortoise, what are they classed as should've paid more attention at school always fancied one of those and seem fairly low maintenance, just need to turn them round when they get to the bottom of the garden Smile

Pregnancy detecting wise though maybe I could visit whichever of you has the most accurate pet (I will be watching the bfp's with interest!!) and just put a peg on my nose Wink That way no animal will be purchased purely for it's pregnancy powers and no one will report me to the rspca for being a crazy lady!!!!!

cheesysmile · 23/09/2013 18:39

Wispa im so pleased you got ur bfp - congrats! Grin

So I've been convincing myself all day that im preggers ... Ive had a bit of a jippy tummy today along with some more kinda twinges in boobs. When I got a bfp in July (had mc) I remember having a jippy tummy then so taking it as a positive sign.

I really just want to know now but must hold out til Friday, I must, I must ...

cheesysmile · 23/09/2013 18:40

Ha ha yes lets all go and borrow pregnancy detecting pets! Grin

wispaxmas · 23/09/2013 18:52

She's not a hairless dog, quite the opposite. But she doesn't moult, so doesn't give off much dander to speak of. She's a labradoodle, I posted a photo before, but here she is again: www.pinterest.com/pin/128211920614905696/

Sad Sad AF pains raging through my belly now. Am gutted, I really thought this was my month as I'd got to 12dpo without anything - no af pains, no sore boobs and lots of other promising symptoms. I suppose I should be grateful the vitamins have given me a longer cycle - tomorrow is cd23.

Good luck to everyone else, I'm off to lick my wounds by drowning in wine and gorging on chocolate whilst I wait for the red tide of doom to arrive woe is me blah blah blah

internationallove985 · 23/09/2013 19:20

Hi Welcome to the newbies. Congrats to the B.F,Ps. There was no D.T.D for me on Friday. I was vomiting violently and shaking. Thank God I'm much better now. He sent me a lovely bouquet of flowers. Looking forward to seeing him Wednesday, we have a lot of catching up to do. (Big smile) Going back to work tomorrow as well, I can't wait to be honest. xxx

onelifeonechance · 23/09/2013 19:23

Wispa, she is cute, or should that be wispa you are cute! I've always been gutted about my fur allergy as I love animals, might have to look into labrodoodles, she's making me pet broody! But think all focus should be on baby broodiness at the mo Smile

Sorry purple Sad Think I may be joining you on the Oct bus shortly, but still clinging on so far finger nails desperately grabbing at Sept bus Have a bit of you time to regroup then straight on to October bus and good luck!

wispaxmas · 23/09/2013 19:26

Labradoodle scan be hit or miss with allergies, sadly, but full bred poodles are even better for those with allergies!

onelifeonechance · 23/09/2013 19:30

Presuming serious wonga is required for those Smile

mama31 · 23/09/2013 19:31

Purple sorry to hear that :( hugs! You deserve lots of wine and chocs!! Hope you get your bfp next cycle! Good luck.

Cheesy I know I've been convincing myself too...haven't felt great today at all but did go for a run tonight and feel better for it. Can't figure out if a real nasty af is on its way or if its pos preggo symptoms....I switch from thinking one to the other all day long :/

International sorry to hear you have been unwell! That's lovely he sent you flowers. When you say you can't wait to be honest???

wispaxmas · 23/09/2013 19:35

Wonga?

Purple, I'm so sorry, but don't count yourself out just yet. If it is AF, at least you've got the bright side of a slightly longer cycle this time. And I hope you do get a bfp soon, whether on this bus or the next!

We're each other's support structures. Yes, our us ands and partners are there for us, but they don't understand exactly what we're going through, do they?

mama31 · 23/09/2013 20:26
