See, I just don't see the difference between a BFN and yet another day on the 2ww, it's the same thing in my mind, because a BFN really isn't conclusive until AF arrives. I suppose having a chemical pregnancy would be gutting, but even if I didn't test, I would still know if that were the case, as I have very regular 28/9 day cycles and I know when I ovulated thanks to steady temps, so if AF turned up late I would already be thinking PREGNANT! and then if AF came I'd be just as gutted as if I'd seen a BFP.

Hi all. I'm 6 dpo and had cramping off and on all day. Pretty worried about it as last month my luteal phase was 7 days so I'm just praying it's not going to be the same again.

Hope its not af VJ, did you take b6 all this cycle?? What dose?

I only took 10mg b6 up to ovulation then upped it to 50mg...hope it lengthens my LP too!!!! So annoying!! Good luck!

Yeah, 100mg daily from cd6. Think I accidentally missed one day but that was all.

Me too :-( It felt like 'pressure' down below and have a permanent wet feeling. If my cycle hasn't sorted itself out I will be beside myself, because I have no hope of getting pg if my lp is like this.

Don't panic yet vj might not be af! But if it is speak to gp to see if there's anything else to lengthen your LP. If mines short again that's what I'm going to do. Hugs...I know how you feel so frustrating!!

Haven't been very active on here for the last few days.... Work has been so busy!!!!!

I'm only 3dpo and the 2ww seems to drag even more when I am regularly on mumsnet because it causes me to think about it more and put more pressure on myself!

I'll be dipping in every now and then but I'll probably be quiet-ish for the next week! Got a lot going on with work... But that's a good thing as it's taking my mind off the 2ww!

I'm going to disneyland at the end of October and wondering whether I will be pregnant or not by then! Of course I'd love to be pregnant more than anything but if it doesn't happen I'm going to assume that's gods way of telling me he wants me to go on all the roller coasters one last time before a baby arrives

I'm with you too M33r I'll have to get through the next week and a half without testing as I only have 3 tests left and I'm not paid until 3 days before my 2ww is over. The only way is find out is by my doctors telling me since most of the things I've been experiencing I added up as a UTI so I had to take a sample to the doctors. Should get the results tomorrow unless I don't call them aha.

Hi gilly! I know what you mean! Mumsnet can sometimes add to the obsession but I must admit it gives me my fix..I find it so entertaining at times and like to come on here to feel sane! Lol

But yes I'm 3dpo as well and its so slow! Good your busy in work to take your mind off things. I'm busy all wkend so that should speed 2ww up a bit for me! Loving your attitude about disney, sounds like a good mantra! Good luck!! Hopefully see your bfp next week! :)

I'll be 9/10 dpo tomorrow too (assuming I ov'd last Wednesday). Am going to resist POAS tho as have my 21 day bloods so am assuming if I am upduffed the blood test will tell me! I don't think I am tho, but have had a distinct lack of symptoms so far, including AF cramps and backache famous last words

After my resolve not to poas I got cm splurge (sorry tmi) so I did a opk and got a positive. I now have cramp. I'm 6dpo. What does this mean. I may be getting my hopes it but am worried I've ov'd again which would not be flood. Any ideas?

Was it a very strong line? If so then that is a positive and could mean you didn't ovulate last time so your body is trying again now.

vj, give yourself more than 2 cycles to sort out your cycle length out, it's a bit much to expect your body to snap back from the pill.

Thanks Vjones. It was strong and on a 20mi. Last time I used ic then cb diggie to check so pretty sure I did then... unless I just got the surge and no ovulation. BUT I was 10 days early that time for a 40 day cycle so just assumed my cycle had regulated but now I think what you suggest is right... I didn't ov last time, I am ov now and my cycle is still 40 days. :-( have seen some posts where people say a +'ve opk is a sign of pg but prob not.

I will poas on sat morning (as long as af hasnt got me). Hopefully i remember to buy the test tomorrow so I can use fmu.

If I get the suspected bfn, I will be confident of it as it will be 14 days past the end of the week of suspected ov.

I wish I had shorter cycles! Just a few extra days adds a lot of angst to the 2+ww I'm having!

m33r it can be a sign of pregnancy but not as early as 6dpo.
