I'm an education officer at a national trust property, it's not high powered, I earn very little, and we wouldn't be missing out on much income, as I would still qualify for maternity allowance, not not statutory mat pay. Difference is only £1500 in total.

Choccy....sorry to say it but might be af on its way...I had same 4 days before af :/ hoping it isn't for you but that's what happened to me...sorry for sounding negative...it is not meant that way just sharing what my experience is x

Hello, think it might be clutching at straws - only 4 days off AF and have got small cramps and pinky/brown discharge is there any chance it could be implantation? Think I know the answer really but its my 10th cycle with 2 mc's and getting a little anxious

Mama, I was 7dpo yesterday, not due af til next Saturday. I've tested and bfn, which I was expecting if it was implantation last night. I've had nothing overnight so will just have to keep fingers crossed. It ain't over between me and the bitch yet

Panic, how long is your usual cycle? if you're only 4 days off af, I'd say it may be too late for ov, but keeping everything crossed for you. I tested 3/4 days after spotting last time and it was bfp

Panic, 4 days before AF is how many dpo for you? If you're only 7-9 dpo it might well be implantation, but I had 3 days of ridiculous off/on spotting before AF. See if it continues, though, because implantation spotting will last less than 24 hours apparently.

??? Still no sign of AF so did another cheepish test that says on the box it picks up HCG from 4 days before you miss AF. Looked neg for 5 mins then gradually a weak BFP came up after about 10 min from peeing. The instructions say that if a second line comes up within 15 mins it is positive. The HCG levels must be very low as the test didn't show up right away. I'm a bit anxious that this might be a repeat of last months chemical preg because its so weak, just like last month. Hummmm. Maybe BFP?????

I am rubbish with working out cycles but I think 28-30days. I ov 13 days ago. With my DD I only got a BFP 3 days after my AF was due and had some bleeding a few days before but to be honest I wasn't symptom spotting then and not taking notice of days too much. Just hoping that this is my month!

And as for Paris,I am so on board, but a little reticent to give up my career. Especially if it means we come back in march/April and I'm in 3rd trimester- I won't be able to get a job.

Although, not working... My job is so stressful right now.

Nope, not a chance. I asked a coworker yesterday if they thought it was possible, and apparently someone else at our property wanted to it before I worked the and they had to resign. My general manager is on a/l at the minute, though, so I will ask when she's back. Ill basically walk into her office with a resignation letter, but first ask if there's a chance of unpaid leave. If not, I'll resign.

Tough, it's only 95% confirmed, it needs confirmation from the head partner on the investigation for H to get the go ahead!
