mama yes i did!! I had some wine first......and was disappounted to find him reading in bed but managed to draw him away from the reading matter. Sucessful!! Also, sorry for tmi, but normally (pre ttc) i would go to the loo aftr dtd and expel the goods. Last night went and cleaned up, but purposefully popped some knickers on and didn't go to loo. So the little devils are still in situ!! Sure they will exit at some point.

choccy the seven seas vits i was taking bunged me up. Could that be your problem?

Dpo 12 or 13 depending on which day of the smiley opk I ovulated. I don't temp so not sure. Yes I used to cb advanced opks which gave a bleeping 9 days of flashing smiley before it fixed. As a result, we started off boinking enthusiastically and had to keep on doing it!! So Dtd 9 days out of the 11 days that cb said I was fertile. Madness.

The only real symptom I have is a dull pain in lower abdomen. Best described as period like cramps but milder. I also have some bloating and very little nausea but easy to discount that on account of how much I stuff my face with food.

Mama - Im not using opks as only second cycle, but had symptoms of ov straight after AF, crampy pains, v hot, ewcm...slight pinkish tinge. Been jumping DH everytwo days incase but im awful after AF I NEED sex lol sorry tmi this early!!

@notta - that was me last night....oooo quick plug the spermies in with tissue and knickers lol

Glad its not just me!! Must surely make a difference? I think if they want to come out thres sod all you can do but these ones seem happy to be there! I plan to drink more wine and jump DH again later. I think thursday was Ov day but only a guess based on length of cycle.

I think plugging them in is a recipe for cystitis! Much better idea is to raise the legs/butt with a pillow for awhile.

Sperm is just meant swim in against gravity and all the pillow and plugging stuff is probably just old wives tales, but makes us feel like we have some control. That's good enough.

Wahey!! Yeay Coffee Grin - Great news, woop woop! Sorry not been on this week, had a silly busy week (negatively because of work, positively because of lots of dtdeeding!) and my phone has been playing silly beggers which hasn't helped feed my MN fix.

But great to hear of the BFPs and congrats to you all - you give us hope Smile

And hugs to all those that af caught up with , fx for next time.

All good here - just started the 2ww she says whistling, twiddling thumbs, watching paint dry have updated list with bfp date as used opks for first time this month and found them v useful and think i ov sl later than i thought. Let's see...

Woo, congratulations Coffee! Hopefully this bus will finally get off the stand and start rolling with lots more people delivered successfully to their next destination now! :)

Not much to report here. DH persuaded me to do a cheapy test this morning but it was a BFN. Not surprising as I'm pretty certain it's still too early to test. I am definitely going to hold out until Tuesday now. And not test on Sunday after Choccy gets her BFP tomorrow, no no.

Got more nausea here, but the cats utterly ignored me last night and my breasts feel fine. I had three days of nausea a few months ago before the arrival of AF, so it could just mean that I'm in for another 23 day cycle. Geh...

I don't know for certain, but all the signals seem to suggest I'm the same as you mama and ov pretty much the moment that AF has gone. I think my reproductive cycle is just on the quicker end of the scale, especially given DD's early arrival. She was 8lbs 3oz and obviously ready to be out!

I just googled 'conception for men' and this site came up www.essentialbaby.com.au/conception/prepare-for-pregnancy/a-mans-guide-to-conception-20080506-2bix.html , I copied the choicest pieces and sent them to hubby in an email (left out the BBT and CM stuff, I don't want to scare him!) I also didn't include the 'rational' hints at the bottom for women getting preoccupied with getting pregnant, TTCing women are not rational.

international I know! I was also so surprised to recognise a lot of it, dp has noticed the dilated pupils as well, which is why I found it after googling about that being a sign of ovulation.

Unfortunately it is followed by a week or 2 of blurrgh feelings....pms most likely (early pregnancy least likely). Still feeling blurrgh today Confused
