Ladies, Fred title says it all; we are the ones who shag as much as our men can cope with in order to get upduffed without the stress of scientific whatnots!

Fred rules (copied from previous Fred)

  1. Thou shalt shag as much as humanly possible in order to get upduffed.
  2. Thou shalt not partake of OPKs, temping, or charting.
  3. Thou shalt keep symptom spotting to a minimum.
  4. Thou shalt share and with your fredmates where needed.

JSing lingo;

ERTD = Evil Red Tide of Dooooooommmmmmm. Or AF to most others.

Pant snot = Egg white cervical mucus.

Doing a kitten = Getting upduffed soon after joining (warning: may induce envy in other posters).

Viroid = This is you, dear poster. This is from the first JS thread when someone tried to type 'ladies' and it autocorrected to 'Viroids' - so there you go!

POAS = Pee On A Stick (of the pregnancy detecting kind, not from a tree). Also known as PIAR (Pee In A Ramekin - cos we're posh birds innit). Or PIATLH (Tea light holder) PIAWG (Wine glass) or anything else you care to pee in!

Shagging like something = JSing like a teenage nymphomaniac.

Giving a hooya = Giving a much needed slap to a fellow poster in danger of slipping into ttc obsession.

Contraband = Of COURSE none of us EVER partake of any silly OPKs or temp charting. They are Contraband.

The link to Part 17 is here

Happy shagging shaggers!

no grad thread link sorry, can someone else add this please?

Aloho, it can worsen asthmatic symptoms for some people and in some cases cause anaphylaxis. Apparently you can also experience a reaction even if you e taken it and never had one in the past. But you're right in that you may not notice if you rarely use painkillers anyway. The warnings are on the info leaflet inside the box of ibuprofen though. My doctor also told me about it. A shame because it works wonders on period pains!

lil- HSG is the next thing for me. I have to wait for Ertd then I can get an appointment for it as it has to be gone on certain days. Then our results will be a good couple of months after.

Phew! Found you all. Sorry I've been awol for a few days, had a wall knocked down at home to make kitchen bigger and its been chaos. We are all coated in dust and no matter how much I clean I can't seem to get rid of it all and more keeps settling when I sit down for 5 seconds.

What have I missed? I read to the end of the last fred - Bear your emoticons just came out as squares on my lappy! Sob! Haven't read the first 5 pages on here yet though - any bfps???? We are so due one!

Hope everyone is well. xx

Sounds like a nightmare essie, home improvement though I guess so will be worth it I hope! No BFPs on this Fred from my memory. Is anyone even testing?! It's a new week so surely someone is.

Welcome juniper!

Thanks, bear, for the encouragement as always! Mr. Red is starting on more vitamins and I think I'll be feeding him more turkey (you learn something new every day). Sorry you have to wait so long for results.

Welcome juniper! And Thanks to anyone who needs 'em...especially as the weekend ends and another work week begins. Groan!

Ignore the work calls Broody, fill us in!! Congrats to you! Are you going to tell anyone??

In other news, I feel awful. I woke up at 4.30am pretty convinced I was going to be sick. Waiting by the toilet for a while, fell asleep in the hall before eventually returning to bed. Woke up feeling much the same. Can't even face my yoghurt for breakfast and the thought of fish for tea is making me feel even sicker. Worst bit is, don't think it can be anything exciting (read: pregnant) as think i'm only icing now. Don't normally get icing sickness.

I may have convinced myself I have an ectopic pregnancy situation going on but trying to tell myself that's just silly!

dulcet

why do you think it's an ectopic pg?

see your gp for a blood test - that might confirm if you are pg and book and early scan asap. if it's a false alarm you might feel a bit silly - so what?

if you are right (hopefully not, well I mean the ectopic bit!) you need to know and receive the appropriate care!

Not sure Zing, just when you get something in your mind it's hard to shift! I am sure it's not. Dr Google doesn't help and I probably wouldn't even know what one was if it wasn't for knowing someone that had it once. I probably just ate something I shouldn't or am allergic to work! lol.

Yay Broody! Congrats! Thank you for restoring the bfp balance! Looking forward to hearing more details!

Dulcet, sorry to hear about your awful night, poor you. Would an ectopic show on a hpt? (Sorry - don't know much anything about these things)

I am cd15, managed to dtd eod at least since about cd 8. Last night I had a bit of pink mucus (sorry tmi I know). No idea if I'm icing, or it's already happened or not as my cycles are a bit up the spout at the moment for some reason. No idea what it all means. My body is a bit weird.
