panic we did SMEP over the last month and I totally agree, it's exhausting! Plus I had EWCM one week and +OPK the next, so seemed like I was grabbing DH every 5 mins!

Ladies coming off the pill - I know it's frustrating but give your bodies the chance to recover, they'll sort themselves out eventually! Think mine finally has after 5 months (although no AF still but I'm hoping that's for a good reason)

My spotting lasted Sat and Sun and has totally gone today, so still got fx. Am 10dpo and don't really want to poas til Fri as I'd be so crushed by a bfn & not knowing if it's just too early.

Bloumer I've had spotting on and off today again! That's 3 days of it, no full flow as yet but it was quite often today just really think its af on her hateful way :( who knows....there might be a chance (in a million) that its implantation...but I think not :( was yours light or heavy spotting?? Colour? (Sorry I just need tmi to compare notes)

Hello ladies...

I'm starting to think more so that I definitely had a chemical pregnancy last cycle.

Faint lines on HPTs 9, 10 and 11 DPO last month... Then the line got lighter and then disappeared. Then AF arrived...

I'm now cd7 of a new cycle and I'm still spotting and have brown blood every time I wipe

AF never lasts any longer than 4 days. 5 days was the maximum in the past.

So to still have blood when I wipe on cd7 is totally unheard of for me.

I guess it really was a chemical?

Ah thanks keepswimming. Well I'm not really expecting much & if it is a bfn then I can just retest on sat as I planned, if af hasn't got me by then.

Yeah it's rubbish really but I'm trying to find the positives which is that hopefully it means I CAN and WILL get pregnant one day (hopefully soon) and hopefully also means there's no issue with DHs sperm...
I guess it just wasnt my month!

Just hope my body gets back into the swing of things straight away and doesn't throw a wobbly. I'm already feeling a bit about the fact I'm still spotting and having lots of browny blood every time I wipe on cd7. Never do I have this past cd4-5.

A few months ago I had a 49 day cycle (still trying to get back to normal after coming off the pill)... I just really hope my body doesn't decide to do something like that again!

Awh gilly! I'm now convinced that the pill is evil! Absolute horror stories everywhere with people ttc after coming off it and taking so long to get a regular cycle!! I'm gutted I didn't come off it ages ago now to prepare my body for ttc!

My task this month is to get and use opks and to take 50mg per day B6 to try and lengthen my luteal phase! Will see what happens! Good luck gilly hope af goes soon and you can start ttc for your bfp this month! :)

Thanks blouer I'm gutted and also v pissed off with a 17 day cycle. I knew it would be a short one but honestly, to not even get a 10 day luteal phase is a bit of a kick in the teeth! Fx we get some bfps in sept and mine won't be long coming after.

Keeping everything crossed for some more BFP's, hope it's going to happen very soon for all you beginning of September POASers. Not due till 24th, my cycles are around 35 days, yawn!
Rekcon DP and I will start dtd every other day now, am thinking I might ov end of next week...

Had a big night out with friends on Sat , both drank a LOT thinking it would be the last one for a while, fingers crossed anyway! Only just feeling back to normal now....and back at work after school holidays tomorrow - good luck to all fellow teachers for the new school year!

We are tryin SMEP and dh seems to be managing fine (in our late 20s so i keep telling him most dh would love it) but its tiring already and foreplay has become a quick kiss. We are finding the funny side of this! Opk'ing going well but im wondering if these cheap amazon ones work properly....
