Good luck sebs!! Hope you get it.

AF just arrived, so I'm officially out.

9 months ttc, 3 cycles ttc since mmc and it's starting to get to me.

Liquidambar · 02/10/2013 17:17

Flowers and hugs 2be

sebsmummy1 · 02/10/2013 17:38

2be I'm so so sorry Sad

getagoldtoof · 02/10/2013 20:22

Hey have been lurking about feeling sorry for myself. Sorry 2be, I was really really hopeful for you, it's just so disheartening, and it's so sad that we then have to wait another month to even be in with a chance again Thanks X

fedupofrainydays · 02/10/2013 22:26

So sorry 2be it totally sucks. Hope you are ok, you will feel a bit better tomorrow but i know how heartbreaking it is each month. I'm dreading being back at square 1 in about 7 days time. I'm a year ttc and cycle 7 since mmc and its properly testing me. Another friend called tonight to say she was 12 weeks pregnant. She had a mc about 3 months after me so has got pregnant quite quick. I just so want it to be me too. Why is ttc so bloody unfair?

good morning everyone. AF is due on Sunday or Monday. I couldn't resist and tested yesterday morning with frer. Of course it was a bfn. I have been feeling a bit nauseous and some cramps but it can be my IBS. in fact I suspect it's.

2be hope you are okay.

how is everyone doing? Is anyone poas soon?

have a lovely day

threepiecesuite · 03/10/2013 11:09

Liquid, I'm due Sun too and got cramps and nausea too. Haven't tested yet because I like the hope of another day of wishing but pretty certain af will arrive. Got my Day 2 test this cycle too, had my Day 21 one last week.

fedupofrainydays · 03/10/2013 11:33

I'm due on tues / wed. Dreading it all this month but will no doubt POAS this weekend as I like to gear myself up to af arrival as much as poss rather than wait... If that makes sense!!

Liquidambar · 03/10/2013 16:23

3 and fedup shall we all poas on Saturday or Sunday? Wink

threepiecesuite · 03/10/2013 16:33

Too late for me, af just came early. Gutted Sad

Liquidambar · 03/10/2013 18:22

so sorry 3 . hugs and Flowers how long was this cycle?

threepiecesuite · 03/10/2013 18:51

Normally 27 days so 3 days early but that's unusual for me. Resigned to it now. This is my 19th cycle ttc. Got to be a problem somewhere.

fedupofrainydays · 03/10/2013 19:25

Oh no 3. Any chance it could be IB? My cycles are ridiculous too but my luteal phase tends to stay the same. I seem to ovulate any time from day 8 to day 15 which is where my irregularities lie. 19 cycles is a long time, I really feel for you. I'm on 7 and I'm totally losing the plot with it so big hugs for you.

Maybe Sunday liquid but still maybe bit early for me... Lets decide on sat!!

Did a FRER test late afternoon and got BFN. Will try again in the morning Sad

Liquidambar · 03/10/2013 22:22

3 it must be really hard. Have you talked to your GP?

sebs try again with FMU. I hope you'll get a Bfp

fedup I will try to test on Sunday if Af doesn't arrive, but I might be tempted to test on Saturday.

I am very nervous as I have a very important meeting at work tomorrow lunch time. I feel I might need to take something to sleep and calm down, but I do not want to take anything just in case...

2beornot · 03/10/2013 23:15

Thanks for concern! I'm doing ok. Had a night of sadness, but no tears this month. I just so desperately want to be pregnant (brilliant stating the obvious there).

Worked out that if it happens this cycle then my 12wk scan would be on or near my due date. Is that an omen (hopefully a good one)?

sebsmummy1 · 04/10/2013 04:45

Tried again this morn (4.30am as I couldn't sleep!!) and still a bfn. I took my temp also ( will take again at 7am), it has dropped, cervix still high.

I am on cd 28, 9/10 dpo

I so confused aa the months I've been charting my cervix position it had definitely dropped and was firm if I was going to get AF, so I seem to think there is still hope even when I have tests telling me I am not pregnant

Lots of baby dust for everyone xxxxxx

misshoohaa · 04/10/2013 07:20

Hi Seb. Sorry about the BFN, hope your meeting goes well. Nothing worse than insomnia moments, red bull and jelly beans for lunch?

I'm a cervix tracker and I had the same thing last month, cervix was really high on the day after my AF was due. Convinced myself (had quite a few pg symptoms) but it did drop and AF turned up a few hours later. It's a cruel business this TTC.

2be sorry AF got you. Hope next month brings more luck for you.

I'm in the TWW - need I say more about this stupid part of the whole TTC business ! Grin

fedupofrainydays · 04/10/2013 07:29

I cracked. Pathetic really! Of course bfn. I think I'm 9 dpo. Not feeling hopeful or pregnant but I somehow can't resist the lure of a stick. Signs of an addict.
I totally long to get a grip on my life again, one without sticks, charts and cm checking as its just plain gross!

it's early fedup. maybe test again on Sunday?

sebs when is af due?

2be glad you are feeling better

sebsmummy1 · 04/10/2013 09:17

Liquid I have a feeling I might end up with a very later period or a missed period altogether Sad

I've been following a very strict low carb diet to try and help a chronic skin condition I have and having googled ketosis/low carb etc etc there are tons of posts from women saying their periods have gone AWOL. I think I have my explanation and sadly it's not the one I wanted.

Liquidambar · 04/10/2013 10:37

so sorry sebs Sad because of my ibs i also tend to have a low carbs diet/ wheat free.
can you talk to your gp to see if there is another way around your skin condition and diet?

sebsmummy1 · 04/10/2013 11:28

It's I curable unfortunately, the only way I can control it is with a low carb diet. Sugar and carbs tend to get it very excited!!

I can add some salad vegetables back in so all is not lost. I was being very extreme and keeping carbs at Atkins induction level. To be honest it hasn't really made any noticeable improvement so I may as we'll start tucking into salads again and hopefully my periods will return.

sebsmummy1 · 04/10/2013 11:28

Incurable even

2beornot · 04/10/2013 12:23

Fedup, it is early still. I do the same, it's only because we were away that I didn't this month. It's crazy really but I can't help it. Have you looked up the stats for that brand? I bet at 9 dpo it's still more than 60% chance of a false neg.

I'll keep my fingers crossed so hard for you x
