The smallprint - Berries have a strict entrance criteria (TTC #1, over 30, TTC for 3+months, NO instadiffers, must have a special pot) and def no mention of baby dust or baby dancing UGH !!! Ooh we are strict...please note your house may be at risk if you do not keep up repayments lol

Btw, thanks for the input on the cbfm. I never have a clue how long a cycle will be, but they seem to be responding to metformin. I was so disappointed with the cbfm that I passed on my sticks to barking, and I must say, I'm not convinced enough to go and get more.
The metformin was to regulate insulin and therefore other hormones and my cycles. Evidence shows that it works well alongside clomid and can also prevent early mc in pcos. The fc just wants me to try it alone for 3 months to see the effect. It's another one of those things that varies from fc to fc, as boom wasn't offered it (do I have that right?). So, we'll just see.

I'm struggling with myfitnesspal already! I couldn't just put 'chicken curry' I had to list all the raw ingredients, and then I got stuck trying to put in 2 slices of toast with marmalade!! I won't be able to keep it up on holiday anyway as it seems to rely a lot on the search facility which I assume is online. I'll make a proper effort with it in September Smile .
Right, sorry to be a party pooper, in bed now as have a taxi arriving at 1.30am!!!

When I moved a woman at work said 'well, will it be new house, new baby?' I replied that 'it's not always as easy as that'. And she went on to tell me how her children are the result of IVF! However her husband had had an operation which he knew had left him infertile so they had never tried, just gone straight to IVF.

Ladies and ladies, thank you for joining me this evening.
I have been on MN a whole year now and what a rollercoaster ride it has been.
Some of the first few i met on the way Puppy, Pip, Happy, Aquarius, Yorkie are still with me and some lucky buggers like Janey, Hazle, Quod, Cavort/Rach have graduated (miss you ladies). Many have been and gone and there are some excellent slightly newer berries (you know who you are) still heading along the yellow brick road with me now. If you don't know it already I have appreciated every word of support, comfort and occasional sausage wang you have thrown in my direction x

Lets get some more bfps v soon! It's been emotional!

And the buffet is now open... Wink

Charming that's not my real diet, that's my 'trying to pretend to myself that I always eat like this' diet. Yesterday was a bit more realistic! And yeps, Metformin not on offer chez Boom!

Sorry I'm late, time has just run away with me today. Not much to report here. Was interested in the clomid/timing of OV up thread. Currently on CD9 and didn't bother taking the clomid due to op on Weds. I did do some forecasting for September though and calculated that if my average cycle was 33 days then shag week would coincide with DH being in London for 4 nights. Not impressed. Therefore was debating even beginning to take the clomid next cycle. If the general consensus is that it shortens OV time then we may get the shagathon in before DH goes away. I've already cancelled this cycle in my mind due to the prodding and poking I'll receive on Weds.

Happy MNiverasry Bunny! Our 1st year anniversary of TTC is coming up in a couple of weeks - don't think I'll be cracking open the fizz for that one!

Sid welcome back. Seems we're still in sync - cd4 here too!
I've dabbled in MFP in the past but never got in to using it regularly. Going to see if I can add you all so can start using it properly when I get back from my hols.

Sorry to have been AWOL yet again but I have been doing something top secret that I absolutely cannot divulge without completely outing myself. Has been good fun though! Loving the school hols so far. In clomid news, ovulation seems to be gearing up fur an appearance in 2 days or so. No significant side-effects, good or bad, so not feeling terribly optimistic that it will change anything.

Well that was an exciting start to the holiday! Missed first connection but back on track now....
Can someone chuck me a sausage roll? Been up since 1am after 2 hours sleep and the pain au chocolate I bought at the coach station as there was nothing healthy was even greasier than it looked.

Ta for the holiday wishes everyone, I'll be flying out at 1 providing we don't mess up the next connection so I'll be leaving you all in peace after that! Can someone please ensure the yellow brick road is well maintained and free of pot holes for when I'll need it in September?! Grin

Happy holidays Barking . Glad you made your connection. I'm more than happy to look after the yellow brick road seen as I'm brimming with positivity! Last attempt at getting upduffed this cycle before taking a break (yes we really are stopping this time!) so we're gonna give it our best shot. Off on hols on Thurs so will (hopefully) be super relaxed and up for a super shagathon [optimistic emoticon].
Suppose I'd better get my butt out of bed and start getting things sorted! Bon voyage!
