...then come and get your flipping baby here. We are a group of utterly priceless loons who are deadly serious about buying our babies at the highest price (or free if you're a lucky NHS bastard). There are no failures here

mejust yes, I am going crazy too - you are not alone! I'm back at work today, but cannot concentrate at all. I have no symptoms at all, but it is of course only 2dp5dt so we share the same OTD. I think I will do a test on Thursday, even though I know it is too early really, and then again on Saturday, before OTD Monday 8th.

MotorcycleMama · 01/07/2013 12:20

Congrats nook - that is fantastic news!

Choco I agree with Expat, tomorrow will be fine. The buserilin is there so you don't get an LH surge, which won't happen so early in yor cycle.

Expat maybe the progesterone has made you a bit delicate down there? I'm not sure about the health check. I can't see how the hormones would have made much of a difference to your health.

My follicles are massive, so am triggering tonight for EC on Wednesday. I'm not normally bothered about ops, but the fact that I know it's sedation and gas and air, paired with he fact that the nurse said it would be particularly painful cos of the number, has made me a tad jittery.

chocolocodowninacapulco · 01/07/2013 13:00

Thanks nomaybe and expat

Poor nomaybe it's not a pleasant thought to have to anticipate pain. Just make sure you take all the painkillers you need tomorrow afterwards.

mejust · 01/07/2013 13:37

I think they class it as day 1 if full flow by 2pm,I think you should ring the clinic and check choco.

When will I learn iv been walking round house doing light chores and had to hit the sofa again as can't walk well and my stomach or ovaries are talking to me ,is this normal?

chocolocodowninacapulco · 01/07/2013 13:49

Thanks mejust, I would have had to take the buserelin this morning though - so I think I did the right thing ?!

wishicouldhavealargeMalibu · 01/07/2013 13:57

Nomaybe your post made me wince. I had loads of follies at average size and was super uncomfortable. For you to have 'massive' follies just makes me want to cup my vajayjay.

juuuuiiicccyyy you're taking far too long for my liking

mejust · 01/07/2013 14:02

Nomaybe good luck with trigger and keep up the pain killers on time after ,how many follies do you have?

JuicySausage · 01/07/2013 15:03

NoMaybeAboutIt · 01/07/2013 15:12

Wowzers Juicy. How many you hiding in there?!

Thanks Choco and Mejust I had 39 that were big enough to measure and note down, and quite a few smaller ones she didn't measure cos shed been ramming my cervix with the dildocam for 45 mins by that point

Wish I too am cupping my lady garden.

eurozammo · 01/07/2013 15:14

expat we don't really do health checks in the UK. Unless something is part of a screening programme (e.g. smears) you go to the dr when you feel unwell!

How many days past EC are you juicy?

JuicySausage · 01/07/2013 15:24

I'm 13dp5dt, Zammo, so 18 days since EC. The girl on FF who is having twins: her result on 13dp5dt was 1,087 Shock

eurozammo · 01/07/2013 15:27

I reckon there is a good chance you have 2 in there with that level.

My HCG at OTD last time (14 days pEC) was only 48, which was on the low end of normal, but I reckon that one was a duffer from the start.

Wow. :)

Lifeasafish · 01/07/2013 15:36

juicy woohoo -triplets- multiples! How exciting. How are you feeling?

nomaybe i had roughly the same number offollicles, although due to 5 days coasting, many 'popped' due to the amount of time they'd ben brewing. Largest on last scan was over 26 and there were a few this large, but most were over 16 .

SO, while i was bloody uncomfortable and sore before EC, afterwards I have suffered, especially after eting or when my bladder is full - I crawled to the toilet this morning Sad

Make sure you can take it easy after EC. Make sure you have snacks at home as you won't be able to eat much or stand for long. I am not sleping too well due to pin discomfort, but then it must be the same or you now.

Just preparing you as I really didn't expect this. I'm 4 days post EC btw.

Ummm... Strikethrough fail.

Btw - you have my sympathy nomaybe Walking hurts, after a good prodding would hurt for 24 hrs, sleeping, plus I wore leggings for a week! But, it is short term.

I wasn't sure how long you had been away, expat. I work in an office with some US colleagues and they are pretty dismayed at the lack of preventative healthcare here. I'm sure a check up is sensible if you have access to it under your insurance. I can actually get one through work once a year, but I feel like I have had enough prodding and poking for now. If I never see another dr again, it will be too soon.

life I'm sorry you are still in so much pain. I was in a lot of pain for 24 hrs with just 4 eggs, so I can't imagine multiplying that by several times.

NoMaybeAboutIt · 01/07/2013 15:59

Oh Life you poor thing. I already her you on the toilet and eating front. It's so painful. That had to manipulate my stomach during my scan today as my ovaries are now apparently 'kissing' and the left one was behind the right one. I am also living in leggings and trackies. The thought of wearing jeans is a no no! Good advice on the snacks front. I also have a crazy dog that needs walking lots. I hoped to be ok, but thank you for making me think a tad more realistically Grin

Twins Juicy Grin

NookNook · 01/07/2013 16:08

Wowzers Juicy!!! When is your scan? Sorry if you're repeating yourself..

Maybe and Mejust sounds like you are both suffering Sad

Expat don't you come on here wih your lah-di-da posho foreign ways and your private healthcare! Grin

NookNook · 01/07/2013 16:08

And poor Life!!

wishicouldhavealargeMalibu · 01/07/2013 16:39

Wow Juicybubble. Can't wait to find out how many you have in there or the size of the one you have hehe! Grin

mejust · 01/07/2013 17:00
