For Brooker: I'm 28, first cycle of ICSI LP, due to DH being a CF carrier. Having scan and blood today and am hoping to be given the go ahead to trigger read for EC on Wednesday.

Thanks Brooker Its good to know I'm not the only one that sulks. I'm still sulky cause a FRER gave me a BFN.

mejust My nurse told me to rest and to do light housework such as dusting, washing up etc. No hoovering, carrying heavy things up the stairs etc. That was probably because I was so swollen which you are too so be careful.

I'm still spotting brown so waiting for AF to turn up. only 3 days to go

My doc didn't believe in bed rest either,I'm taking longer to heal though I think.
How are you getting on expat?

My clinic advised a 30 min walk each day after ET. Light exercise improves blood flow to the womb.

I had a few days off gymming after EC/ET but will get back to it this week.

ok now DP is going to confiscate my tests! Hmph....

AFM I'm just back from ec. I got three eggs! I'm in shock. I was really and truly expecting zilcho. Nurse said they all looked good (whatever that means!).

Mejust I believe "light housework" involves sittingnon tje sofa and letting someone else do it.

my OTD is friday and have been told to also test on sunday if its negative on friday.

Loads of people online have had a positive by now.... others didn't even thought it turned out to be a BFP. Some people test negative one day and positive the next.

Its impossible to say when to test for sure until AF is late. I'm driving myself crazy so I need to wait now

Just as I ask if it will show up your dp nicks your tests,he prob right to wait. My hubby said wait till test day which they gave me 11th july how can that be right hmm as I had 3 day transfer thurs I'm testing sooner as hubby will be bloody told to sod off,me wait not happening.I'm gonna test today for trigger shot so ill know for sure next week.

Well, I am supposed to start buserelin on day 1, and when I asked for clarification of what was meant by day1 I was told full flow. Well, af had arrived this morning but not full flow, so I couldn't do jab early this morning. Now it has started properly, but I obviously haven't had my injection and won't now until tomorrow, but worried I will have messed things up! Any pearls of wisdom? You'd think I was an IVF virgin, honestly!
