I'm feeling really low tonight and have absolutely no reason to be. It's uncontrollable and ironic as its the first time in weeks that I've been drug free!

We have Quorn chilli every week so we don eat too much red meat, it's not bad actually but better than the real thing

Quinoa does have gluten just not a lot, so I'd imagine Mel B would say you could have it once a week or so.
