Drizzarf at the fasting . I am doing the 5:2 "way of life" (apparently it's not a "diet"). It's all part of my attempt to get healthy and encourage sperms to meet eggs by themselves. I'm not supposed to be ttc whilst I'm on it, hence the extra-menkuls of having just accidentally indulged in sechsing during OV..

I find the fasting days absolutely fine, luckily. It works for me psychologically because I just tell my greedy self that I can have the cake/beer/extra helping tomorrow, and by the time it gets to tomorrow I don't want it any more anyway. Except the beer (and the gin, and the wine..)

Hello... I don't know if I'm still welcome here... I am an original BESH, from when it was still the gin palace... It's been a while.

It looks like the BESH threads have changed a bit since the beginning and I don't want to step on any toes; mine is more of a secondary fertility problem... Would you rather I went elsewhere? No problem if so,but the BESH threads were very supportive before so I thought I'd check them out this time.

Not sure whether I would or not. I completely get people's excitement, I'd be the same if I hadn't been through all this. I don't begrudge people their moment but I do have to hide them as soon as they start banging on about it all the time!
