I haven't ventured on the IVF thread, I can't be doing with the stress. Been trying to get hold of anyone hospital wise who might know when we'll get our appointment date through. I don't mind when it is, I just want to know when it will be. It can't be that complicated can it?!!!

I have done something unspeakably painful to a fingernail. I don't even know how, only that it involved hoovering. The skin on the side seems to have split and parted from the nail. It's THROBBING :(

I'm at the gp's with BE hoping to get his SA results. It's only taken us three effing months to find out what they are! The last gp sort of shrugged them off, admitted she knew nothing about SA and told him to book another appointment with this gp..

The results are in - 86 million! Very healthy morphology and motility. I think BE is feeling quite pleased with himself
Gp basically laughed at my concerns over low prog/thyroid.
So it's all down to the lap&dye now. More waiting...

That thread has recently had a very good post by a fellow barren. I mentally cheered :)

It's actually not bad for an IVF fred. Of course you have the idiots coming out with the usual trite stuff about cancer funding and adoption, but there is a substantial number of well-reasoned sensible posts on there too.
