This is really just to pass the time of a 2ww. I can't test until at least Sunday and although I know I can't possibly detect any symptoms until at least then (or if not after), can you lot please come and tell me what "symptoms" you watch out for?

I've heard stuff about a runny nose, grumbly tum, headaches etc etc and my rational side knows that these would be either coincidental or just imagined at this stage- but would help me pass the time!

So, what vvv early pregnancy symptoms do you look out for?

BankWuggery - thank you for the list! I'm probably going to start imagining even more of them now though!!

I do have a runny nose but then I usually do as our office is freezing, I feel like a Labrador (very wet nose!) most of the time...

It's going to be a long wait till Saturday!! Thank you ladies for keeping me entertained (and hopefully sane!) in the meantime!

My mouth has tasted metallic since Friday (CD18). I'm now at CD22 and the only time it doesn't taste like that is when I'm eating!

Also sore boobs, but that's normal.

Testing on 27th.

I've convinced myself I have the period pains too. I mean I do have some crampy pains, but I'd probably think nothing of it if I hadn't started looking up other symptoms!

Dear oh dear. It's going to be a long wait till Saturday with me wondering about this every waking moment.....

Some women conceive their DC on CD1 or CD2. It can happen! Have been reading up on this today.

Yup it's possible although I think it's rare!!! But good luck to you!!!!!! Fingers crossed... You never know! Xx

Think I'm out this month... Pmt and period pains are the order of the day today :-( fingers crossed for you all!

RubySlippers77 · 20/03/2013 18:38

minicc - sorry to hear that :(

I still have period like pains although nothing else to report at the moment other than being tired and grumpy, but that's nothing out of the ordinary!! Ordered some pregnancy tests from Amazon (v cheap by the way) so will use one probably on Saturday if nothing's happened by then.

And now I am off for a lie down and a snooze!

I'm 8dpo today and had cramps most of the day yesterday, which got really bad when I went to bed although they have gone today. Good old 2ww rollercoaster!

I've also felt bloated and a bit windy and have been in a terrible mood which usually only happens right when AF starts. Poor DH has had his head snapped off twice when rationally I know I have been completely unreasonable.

Going to try and wait to POAS until 27th...

I'm exactly with you, Kuma. 8dpo, testing 27th.

Metallic mouth, off and on nausea. Both alleviated by eating something. I've had this before, though, and it's been nothing.

Also, my brain has been like a sieve today! I forgot to buy light bulbs in town, went to Sainsbury's to buy them, got the wrong ones, went back to swap them and bloody well left them there!

hello, can I join in?
Can also test on Sunday! What's going on here, eh?
Tingling boobs, feeling sick on and off and a colleague commented on how much I was eating today. Oops. Really tired too. Of course, this could all be PMS and the result of a very busy weekend. Oh, and slightly dodgy tummy too. Trying not to get excited...but I am!

Hi y'all! Can I join in the fun? On day 25 of a 29 day cycle!

RubySlippers77 · 20/03/2013 21:41

Toby - your light bulbs story did make me smile!! I am hopeless in that respect, have two lamps which I've had for a couple of months and still haven't managed to get the right bulbs for them!

I definitely have crampy pains and a dodgy tum, although I may have managed to poison myself with my own cooking rather than anything else.....

Can't decide if I'd be more upset to get a BFN (as I've only been with my DP for a few months and we haven't been TTC - it would be a surprise!) or scared to get a BFP Confused

Hi Bunny, Nathan and Kuma

There is going to be a POAS-athon on Sunday, the nations sewers will not know how to cope Grin

Have another "symptom" today- rubber nips. Happened with both my dc, my niploids turn to this very strange rubbery texture and didn't go back to normal until I stopped breastfeeding. Very strange. But I must admit I don't know whether they do this normaly before my period as I am not in the habit of checking my norks for rubber.

I know what you mean about the peeing - can't decide if I'm doing it more often or if it's because I'm on the lookout for every sign I can!!

Today I'm back to feeling really tearful, which was what started me wondering about it in the first place; I felt very PMT-like (hormonal, sore boobs etc) only it was two weeks early! I may crack & test tonight, 3 days early but some peace of mind would be nice...

Just looked at that site and must say that 'Change in Colour of Your Vagina' was not something I was looking out for!!

Have started feeling quite emotional today and first sign of achy boobs... Will be quite miffed if I get a BFN..... Hmm could just be lead up to AF though, I suppose...

Bunny - sorry to hear that - hopefully next month!!

Really hoping my tests turn up from Amazon tomorrow. If not I may have to go to Tesco and buy a cheap one, can't stand all this imagining/ experiencing symptoms any more without knowing for certain one way or another! After all without knowing I can't yet blame my general absentmindedness on baby brain.....
