Merkin, I am almost getting excited on your behalf. Can it be true? Does google throw up any women whose luteal phase +OPK turned out to be a BFN?

raining clearly i was not googling for people who got a BFN after a positive OPK however I did find a few mentions of it. It seems everyone is different, some people get BFPs with FMU, some in the evening. Some people get +OPK before first BFP, some get positive BFP before +OPK. However all I know is I have poaOPK in the 2ww lots of time before and never seen a line.

Major sulk over here - where's my referral letter?! It's not fair! Barking, only half-serious! I'm very pleased for you but seriously narked with my local hospital.

Fx they're just rubbish at getting letters out and you've not got long to wait for the actual appointment. I'd give them a ring direct if it was me. When DP was waiting for his letter for his SA appointment and I was getting impatient I rang the hospital and they looked through the records at whether his letter had been written and they couldn't tell me the appointment over the phone but they confirmed the letter had been written and had been put in the post the day before (it then arrived the next day).

Barking, the doctors have rung on my behalf and the hospital said that they thought my appointment would be mid-April and that a letter would be along shortly. That was a week ago so I'm really really hoping to hear something this week.

I have had a look for a direct number but I couldn't find anything online. I'm going to hold out until next week as I don't want to piss them off by pestering before I've even had an appointment!
