Evening ladies.
Managed to DTD last night, hurrah.
I was a complete state when I came of the pill, it took me about two cycles to get back to normal.

Talking to a friend about why no one talks about it, they suggested that it is like admitting you have failed in your basic remit as a human being. In fact I noticed that DH only started to talk about it to friends when he had a brilliant SA result.

Fairydogmother · 12/02/2013 08:28

well done you

i didnt as OH said he was tired. funny but i took that as a complete rejection yet i know in my logical brain that he was just tired and not rejecting me! think hormones really make me a bit mad sometimes lol

2cats222 · 12/02/2013 09:54

Added myself to the list. 6DPO according to FF (8DPO according to me!) and BIG temp drop this morn (below coverline). Also have my sore boobs which i have realised I always get at this time in my cycle. Didnt really expect anything else from only shagging once but still pissed off. Wont stop me POAS on Thursday tho! Grin [mad lady emoticon]
Thunder i'll take a jelly snake and offer you a flying saucer in return! Hope you're feeling better.
Sidney / Navi any news? Captain hope you're still busy shouting down the phone to get your results soon. Well done to everyone DTD at the right time (unlike me some people Wink) Sorry to anyone i've missed - can't keep up!

Bunnygirlie 33, married, TTC 9 months, first child for us both. AF coming around 26/02
Happylass 34 (for 2 more days only ) cycle 6 AF due 19-21/02 (not sure due to some weird temperature goins on around OV!)
2cats222 31, cycle 7, ttc #1, af due 21 feb

2cats222 · 12/02/2013 09:59

Oooh just found a chart (after a looooong search) with a DPO dip just like mine that ended with BFP - mine is the purple line (with the very erratic pre O temps!) They got BFP on 10DPO www.fertilityfriend.com/journal/revVPEIp0.png

2cats222 · 12/02/2013 10:03

Rache1S · 12/02/2013 10:31

2cats my BBT dropped below coverline at 10DPO and I got my BFP at 12DPO. FX for you!!! Smile

2cats222 · 12/02/2013 10:42

Thanks Rache1 - although I bet you had sex more than once that month!!!! Think I need to explain to my OH that immaculate conception is not a viable option...

Rache1S · 12/02/2013 10:50

No, I would imagine you could do with getting a couple of pre-OV shags under your belt... but on the other hand it only takes one swimmer so if yours was just before OV you may well be in the running. Grin

2cats222 · 12/02/2013 10:55

I need restraining. Pee sticks are SCREAMING at me from the cupboard! Help!!

SidneyBristow · 12/02/2013 11:29

2cats peas for the both of us!! Still no AF here, on cd29, terrified every time I go to the bathroom in case there's blood. But not so terrified that I'm willing to poas and put myself out of my misery!! Still, expecting the worst as I can think of no reason to be slightly crampy at cd29 if pregnant. Really psyched for you and your FF charts! Go do it!

2cats222 · 12/02/2013 11:31

Sidney keep us posted. I think you're said AF is usually CD28/29 didn't you? I will cross all of my limbs on your behalf now!

2cats222 · 12/02/2013 12:14

Do you chart Sidney? Can't remember you mentioning it

SidneyBristow · 12/02/2013 13:07

No, I don't chart, but may start now. AF arrived about an hour ago. Sad

2cats222 · 12/02/2013 14:28

Poor you sidney. Wish it got easier. FX for this cycle to be good news for you

Aquarius1 · 12/02/2013 18:02

Adding myself and then popping off to eat pancakes:

2cats222 31, cycle 7, ttc #1, af due 21 feb
SidneyBristow, 38 soon, married, TTC#1 (DH's #3), cycle 8, today is CD1.
aquarius 32 today Shock ttc a while, af due 7 march ish

2cats222 · 12/02/2013 18:22

Happy Birthday aquarius hope you have had a lovely day

Bunnygirlie · 12/02/2013 18:58

Happy Birthday Aquarius!!! have a good one!

I don't really know what to add to this thread at the mo, waiting for AF to come when I know it is deffo coming, but not for 2 more weeks is just horrendous!

Crazy lady inside me is considering giving up for 2 months as she doesn't want a Dec/Jan baby - is that weird? I know i shouldn't care when its born but I just can't face the thought of being in hospital over Christmas or having a baby with a birthday near mine - Crazy right???

Thundercatsarego · 12/02/2013 19:19

Bunny I'm with you on the waiting. It sucks.

Surely though if you get pg mid march then babs will be due end nov? Or have I got that wrong?

happylass · 12/02/2013 19:35

Happy Birthday Aquarius, 2 days before me Grin

Bunny I think Thunder is right. If you conceived on your next cycle the baby would be due very early December at the latest. How would you feel about giving up for a few months? If I don't get a BFP in the next 4-5 months I'm gonna have to put things on hold for several cycles to avoid just having given birth/ being heavily pregnant for my wedding. Makes me very Sad to think of stopping after all this time.

Fairydogmother · 12/02/2013 20:01

I have the same thoughts about a dec/jan baby! I'm getting married in September 2014 so worrying things won't happen in good time

happylass · 12/02/2013 20:23

Fairy my wedding is August 2014! Have the same worries. Didn't book it for this year cos thought I'd be pregnant by now. Sod's law!

Aquarius1 · 12/02/2013 20:28

Thanks ladies Smile happy poor you with a valentines bday. Hope you get double the special treatment from your oh. Mine bought me flowers today bless him but I suspect I won't get any more on the 14th....

On the subject of timing pregnancies - I wish I could tell myself to take a break- everyone says you get pg when you're not trying! But I don't think I could ever 'not try' if you know what I mean Hmm

twinklestar2 · 12/02/2013 20:43

Happy birthday aqua!

Sorry she got you Sidney :(

Sounds v promising 2cats

Ladies after 19 months I'd take any baby, any time of year! Although if u do take a break you'll probably get pregnant when you didn't want to. Sod's law innit.

Bunnygirlie · 12/02/2013 22:13

thunder and happy is that right? I always get confused, maybe I will give march a go then lol

twinkle I know hun, I'd be happy to just get pregnant like we all would be. We delayed TTC last year for my crazy lady reason, wish I hadn't bothered waiting if it takes this along anyway Sad
