Yay fatas wonderful news :) Hope its a sticky one for you. Will you have an early scan soon? Fx its all okay.

I am down with a bunged up nose and sore throat. On the plus side I think my post hycosy spotting has finally stopped. So will try and vicks it up and get all sexy for DH tonight maybe just sex but no snogging as DH is worse if he catches man flu. ah! how romantic ttc can be.

Hi resipsa glad I made you smile. I am really hoping we all get that BFP soon and it sticks. I know I won't be confident if I get another BFP until I see the line getting darker.

fatas apologies but can I hijack your day for 2 mins? Am in living hell currently. DH and I went for first fertility consultation on Tuesday (have to say I expected more for the money...) on my CD26 of 31. Good news was DH's sperm analysis was normal, I have "young" ovaries for a 42 yr old (!) and my AFC was 15+ (I have no idea what this means). Anyway, as part of the work up, I had a TV scan. As soon as she put the probe in, she said "oh, could you be P as I can see a cyst in the uterine lining?". . I said yes, of course, but only 6/7DPO at most. So, they made me have urine and blood tests - both -ve - and so now I have no idea what to think. 6/7DPO might be too early for a BFP and she saw something she recognised on scan but then if the blastocyst was in the lining, wouldn't there have been hCG in my system so -ve tests means not P??? AF not due until Mon and I have no idea what to think. GOING CRAZY.

What?!?! That sounds very confusing but also potentially very exciting!! Could be about to go positive??! Maybe even just a day too early for the hormone to be detected?!

No, too scared as I REALLY, REALLY want this and going crazy with hope is better than being sane with none IYKWIM!

Back to you, though, fatas, really don't want to stop the congrats rolling in! SO nice to be able to have others to enjoy it with early on as you probably won't tell anyone else for another 7-8 weeks!

Haha red. I know the feeling. In October we were struck down with the most awful cold with a disgusting hacking cough but we still tried. It was a strictly no kissing down to business situation and poor DP really struggled. The things we do...

We got to the stage where I wouldn't eveb bother taking off my top or socks...

Have I killed the thread with the picture of me naked but for my top and socks? Probably have actually, whoops! Imagine how DH feels when that's as good as it gets!

Oh when I've just had my lunch (giant couscous salad from M+S) which I usually enjoy but it tasted funny so is only half eaten BUT IS THE FUNNY TASTE JUST IN MY MIND (not my mouth)??? Am certifiable.

How's everyone else today?

I've just had a bit of a cry actually - got a shitty text from one of only 3 people I know in this bloody city - so now I'm down to 2 friends and desperate to leave but can't because of dh's job! This happens every few weeks that I realise how isolated I am here and it makes me so fed up! I thought friends went out of their way to meet up for even just a coffee to see how each other are doing?! But hardly anyone does that here and so I am realising my only real friends live miles away near my original home, where I will never be able to live again.

Ok! Whinge over! Sorry peeps x
