The dreaded 2 week wait begins again!

So here I am beginning the 2 week wait after MC the last 2 cycles. Lets hope it's 3rd time lucky for me! Anyone else about to start the count down ?

So sorry to hear about the MCs babyjames. I too am just beginning the dreaded 2ww. OVd yesterday. TTC#1 and on cycle 2. Here's hoping for a fast and fruitful fortnight for us both!

Hi Ladies, hope you don't mind me joining in. I think I'm about 4-5dpo. I had a positive OPK last Wednesday and felt pains on my left side on Friday. Only on cycle 3, so still not sure of the signs and can't pinpoint ov exactly yet.

Really want it to happen this month, TTC#1 and if it happens this month it will be due on my 30th. I know its still early days tho. This TTW is killing me already.

Does anyone know if the 2ww is exactly that - just 14 days??
Didn't have any periods whilst I was on the pill but before that my cycle varied from 25-28 days. Only had one proper cycle since stopping the pill and that was 27 days. If I OVd on cd 11 this time does that mean AF is due 14 days later on cd25? Or can I expect it on cd27 like last month?

I'm on it-again! Hate hate hate it! TTC #2, after 3 mc :( Please let this be my month!

Hi Gnomes and Rose so sorry for your losses. MC is so terrible and sad :( I have not had a proper period for ages as got pregnant and MC last 2 cycles. My scan was clear and knowone said wait so we didn't. Not sure I would cope with another loss.
Happy I think most peoples lutual phase is about 12 - 14 days. I never get a positive test before 11 / 12 days past ovulation and I've done a fair few tests these last few months!

Think I need some distracting during the countdown!

Hi babyjames and white rose-yes it's awful :( so sorry to hear about your losses too. Fingers crossed we will all get there in the end :) I am desperately trying not to symptom spot but it's very hard.

Thanks all. So is the number of dpo more important than the number of days before AF is due for getting an accurate POAS result? Don't think I'll be able to wait until AF is actually late! When is everyone else POAS?

Can I join in? My DH and I are TTC %232. This is our first cycle (in earnest anyway). It took us 2 years to conceive our DD. we were beginning preliminary IVF work and everything.

I'd forgotten (or purposefully blocked out) the hideous anxiety of the 2ww.

I ov later this month so not to sure when af is due, day 27 of cycle, cycle us usually 32 ish days long so who knows. I don't think it's worked this cycle, I've been ill & I'm on antibiotics for a chest infection. If I can hold off then I won't poas until next weekend, but I doubt that's gonna happen!! I'll probably do it this weekend!! Lol!!

I know I shouldn't but 5 dpo am knackered and super hormonal! Crying one minute and fine the next. How early is too early to test?

Well I'm not sure the exact date I hopefully ovulated but had a positive OPK last Thursday pm and its usually over the next few days. Trying to work out when to test. I'd like to wait until AF late but I know no chance of that! Should we do a list of testing dates?

Hello all. Team 2ww seems to be growing by the hour! Not told anyone in RL that we are trying so it's really nice to have someone to chat to things about. DP is a typical bloke and completely clueless about all things TTC related!

Hello! I'm in the 2WW too (just about - am in a WTF cycle after early mc last month), may I please join the waiting room?

I'm TTC #1, will be POAS around Nov 15th. Last time was all pensive and excited and patiently waiting to test (waited til one day post AF!). Now I feel totally different and impatient and a bit scared of both results even though I really really want a BFP.

It's a crazy, crazy place TTC.

Probably a silly question but can DTD disturb implantation?

Hi there Bear so sorry for your loss. I knoe just what an emotional roller coaster it is after my BFP last 2 cycles followed my 2 MC. I just trying to think that BFP is one step closer to where I want to be! Very emotional journey!
Baker I have really no idea but would like to think not. Hope someone my be more knowledgeable than me!

Can I join? On 4th cycle post mmc in July . Got a smiley on opk on Friday last so think I ovulated on Saturday. AF due 10th.

Have a colony of spots on my chin but know its coincidental as you can't get symptoms til after implntation at 5-7 days ( never get spots normally).

Really hope this is our month x
