The femmes fatales of the BESH are lying back and thinking of England

As witches and pumpkins become old hat, the BESH are scrubbing up well in salute to James Bond in general and Skyfall in particular. Put on your slinky cocktail dresses and stiletto heels, grab a Martini, and start schmoozing with well-dressed secret agents.

Insta-diffs will be shot with a quip but without a qualm. Anyone else wanting to join can dodge a few bullets post the BESHtionnaire.

"an unexpected moment of passion"? Him coming at her with a hard cock didn't give her a hint about what was going to happen?!

MissSlapAndTipple · 20/11/2012 19:42

Lol, it's the use of the word 'moment' that gets me. It's almost like a stealth boast gone wrong

MissWinklyParadiso · 20/11/2012 19:46

Lol I suppose if you get an instadiff it should come from an insta-spunk Grin

MissSlapAndTipple · 20/11/2012 19:52

My apparent bareness would quite obviously be cured if we could just fall into the moment. If we purely love eachother that's surely all we need :D

alwyn · 20/11/2012 20:05

Can we tell her to hope she's not pg as she is clearly too "princessy" to have a baby?

MissWinklyParadiso · 20/11/2012 20:08

I was "helpful"...

Northey · 20/11/2012 20:12

There are no moments of pure love on this fred, slaps.

euro, fucking bastard droid. Sorry :(

My admin crap is sorted! I spent the morning on the phone getting people to fax things and find consultants and make them initial things and fax more things elsewhere, and it all culminated in a nice lady from the funding office phoning me this afternoon saying that everything was ok and funding had now been approved and I should get a letter from te clinic inviting me in shortly. Hurrah! Pessaries for everyone (front or back, as you please).

Northey · 20/11/2012 20:14

"Unexpected?" Did he surprise her as she was bending over the dishwasher or something?

MissSlapAndTipple · 20/11/2012 20:18

God my mum can get a case of foot in mouth. Just telling her about my I exciting appointment from this morning. She said 'oh how are these things never easy, it's just like Julia, you know the girl you were at school with (I really haven't got the faintest), she's pregnant but she's 22 weeks and has just been told she has to have a cesarean because she has a plate in her head. FUCK!!!

Can I have the cod of comfort please. I feel the need to have a big snotty sob :(

MissSlapAndTipple · 20/11/2012 20:19

Urghhhh she then went on about how awful it is for Julia. Christ at least she's pregnant! Ffs. Definitely need that cod.

alwyn · 20/11/2012 20:22

I would like my HoD to stop reminding us all she's diffed. We were sat round laughing about gin in the area meeting and then everyone felt very uncomfortable.

MissWinklyParadiso · 20/11/2012 20:37

Hurrah for approved funding norf! (Mine in the front plz)

PregnantWomanInTheOffice (PWITO) today was telling us all about her unwillingness to shell out for maternity clothing since she'll only have 6 months use out of it. I wanted to helpfully state "Well you might be fat for ages after and get lots of use". But I didn't.

Why does Julia have a plate in her head and why does she have to have a Csection?? Confused oh wait I don't give a stuff about diffed Julia

slaps best you remember we are too cynical and bitter for moments of pure love or you will be ejected from here forthwith :)

Oh I wish you had said that to PWITO. And then beamed innocently.

alwyn · 20/11/2012 20:45

That would have been awesome Grin

People change their FB names to x...'mummytobe'..x?!?!?! Shock

I chipped in on that fred. Essentially I said she wasn't 'safe' but there wasn't a lot she could do about it now!

No BESH baybees were ever won via pure lurve.

alwyn · 20/11/2012 20:56

Nope, just shagging on schedule (or not, depending on the drucks regime).

Oh pukesville on the stupid name changes. Julia has a plate in her head cuz she had an aneurism in her brain. Must have been horrific but surely for that reason in the scheme of things a c-section isn't that big a deal? Apparently she can't push because the pressure might burst the aneurism.

God I'm in a mood. Crying has commenced.

EuroShagmore · 20/11/2012 21:02

No, we're clearly too sane evil and selfish to win our baybees from a moment of pure lurve...

That comment to PWITO would probably have been accurate, so not entirely mean. Most of my friends have been in maternity wear for ages post-birth. Apparently the elasticated waistband that reaches up to your nipples is so comfy and tempting to hang on to!

Thanks for the kind words BESH. I almost did a preggo test at the weekend, but I persuaded myself to hang on. And now I wish I had, just because there was a chance of seeing that magical second line once in my life....

Anyway, I'm about to post some of my period to Athens. I'll consider it my contribution to the Greek economy.

ArielThePiraticalMermaid · 20/11/2012 21:04

She's having a section because she's diffed. Was she intending giving birth through her head?
