You have my sympathy TakingTheStairs I went to body combat tonight having not done any exercise for a couple of weeks and i can't believe how unfit I am again! very bright red face!

I'm going back to dieting and exercise tomorrow. Sick of feeling fat and miserable. Starting by doing Pilates and cutting back carbs. I've put it off because of TTC and thinking I'm gonna get fat anyway but enough is enough. No point being fat and miserable as well as not being pregnant!

Is body combat good yorkiebilb? I've never done it. I was getting tired during my run yesterday and I was thinking to myself that I couldn't give up, I had told the MNetters that I was going to do it.. and I did

winkle2, you'll feel so much better for it. I find it very difficult to motivate myself to exercise sometimes, but I feel worse when I don't do it.

I highly recommend body combat. It's a good stress release and no impact involved. Perfect for getting your frustrations out of your system!

I have to really motivate myself to get down the gym but I know that I'm always going to feel so much better afterwards. It's a battle though!

Can I join to please? AF came yesterday so this will be my first cycle ttc properly! OH isn't going to know what's hit him haha! He was getting excited for all the sexy time to come! Have just had a wtf cycle. AF due this Saturday but v v light spotting since Sunday. Bfn today so have no idea wtf is happening or when cd1 of my cycle is or will be! Any ideas?

So what are people's thoughts on OPKs? I don't want to get obsessive but given it's cycle 1 maybe it'd be useful to know when to shackle DH to the bed?

AF arrived today after annoying 36 day cycle when it's been 27-28 up to then. Properly starting to ttc for number 2 (DS is 23 months)

It took 10 months last time, but got BFP with first month of using CBFM so considering a re-purchase if the cheap opks don't do it this month. I'm 36 and don't want to waste time

pixie I'm using the cb opk smiley sticks and have been since last month (cycle1). It makes me feel more relaxed as although I can't control what is going on with my body, at least I know what's happening

What are the benefits to the cbfm in comparison to the digital ovulations predictor stick?

Can I join please. Unfortunately the October bus crashed for me, so I'm hoping to have better luck on this one!! I am on CD1 as of today, which as much as it is depressing, I am also taking it as a 'fresh start'.

This is cycle 3 for me following a MC at 6 weeks back in August. I have everything crossed that it is going to be 3rd time lucky!! BFP is due around November 11th.

Hey everyone, how are we all?

Have officially started dtd last night, fertile period starts on the 18th according to calender but it cant do any harm starting now, waiting for my concive plus lube to arrive in the post, hopefully it will come before my fertile time.

Very excited about using it as have heard some raving reviews and positive storys (excuse the pun)

Right then ladies...wish me luck... 7 nights of dtd to look forward to...!?!
