Always - I had a 43 day cycle once! The waiting is so annoying...

Did you get a peak winkle? My OV was delayed last month from cd 16 to cd 18 so hopefully yours will peak soon....

I am dreading this afternoon. Got pub lunch with some of my pregnant friends. I am the only one not duffed. Dreading the conversations and seeing the bumps

winkle - yep, feeling less stressed already!! We sort of started ttc again in August but everything was still up the.left after mmc / erpc so October was our first 'proper' month. But obvs it did not work and here I am on cd3, hopefully Nov will be a better month! Shagfest will resume next week... Hope yours is going well?

red - only a fairly small number of my friends have kids, not my sis, not my sil or bro in law, only a few cousins, so me, dh & ds are def the odd ones out! No pub lunches for us, soft play areas, supermarket shopping and sunday dinners at the rents instead. Its weird being the only ones with a young child too sometimes

Morning. Did my first cb ov test and negative. Cd11 so I knew it but wanted to practice. DH fast asleep and still dying of man flu so I'm not sure ill manage a shag!

About cd 16 generally cause cycle is 31 days. So was not expecting smiley yet. It's my first month in cb though. When do u think smile will happen if ov expected next sat?
DH managed to get it up so at least I've a few swimmers around even if too early!!

I didn't dtd last night but will def dtd tonight! Having a wine or three with Sunday dinner :)

I'm having a lovely glass of port just because I can! DH out tomorrow night and he has a friend staying over until wed which may cause disruption to shag plans. Mmmm will need to think what's best course of action!

I'll join in with the wine drinking had a lovely glass of merlot this afternoon and a lot of rosé last night. Just because I can too!

Pub lunch was ok. Managed to change the subject away from babies and talk abt something else for a change!! Still not pleasant to be around the bumps. Feel awful that I can't join in with my friends laughing and being happy for them. Feel very selfish and need to slap myself

I had forgotten arrival of af meant I should have been drinking this weekend, only had one g&t, im not on the ball at all!! AF has been so heavy this time tho, it was a real effort to getout of bed and iut to shops&park with DS y'day, feeling really faint&horrible. Oh well, hopefully last af for a long while fx fx

I am still symptom spotting for ov even though we have stopped trying and we both have hideous colds so are not dtd.

Well I'm cd 4, starting all over once again. I was so sure the last cycle was it....I was even a little late which only made the appearance of af that much more gutting. I have an appointment on Nov 15 to see why we are having trouble conceiving. I can't wait anymore I have to know what the heck is going on. Good Luck to you all

Lol I use the monitor and its said high for the last 9 days so we've been dtd but no peak (which means you're about to OV).

Might have missed it last week or it might be in its way - when I used the opks I sometime used to get my smiley quite late on cd19/20.

Will keep going anyway. We're actually enjoying the dtd at the moment! I've kinda resigned myself to it not happening this year plus we are off to the docs tomorrow to get referred to the fertility clinic so I'm fully expecting to have to go through IVF/similar. So it's nice to be dtd cause we want to and not because we have to.

Thanks ladies. Winkle its been roughly 8 months ttc #1. I've only been pregnant once and that ended in mc at 6 weeks.

winkle I have given up all hope of conceiving this year. So know what you mean abt dtd just because you want to and not because of ttc.

Don't think it's going to happen any time soon. It's nice not to be entering things into an app and taking temps and not knowing what cd I am on or how far from OV. Just totally taking all ttc thoughts and putting them in a box for now and shutting the lid tightly.
