kitty I think I read somewhere that you are most likely to get pregnant if you dtd 48 hours before ovulation. It made me painic as we only dtd on Wed and Fri, so if I ov today it means we dtd 72 and 24 hours before ov. (I am obviously over thinking this).

I just used my last opk this month, negative again . I can't believe how many I got through this month, 50 bloody opks [shame], they were meant to last next month too.

When!!!! 50, I've just used 2, one last night neg although diluted and one this morning ( can I feel smug now )
I think you are over thinking the 48 hr thing, I'd suggest it ment anytime in the 48hrs before and that's why opk work aswell, like it says for the next 24-48 hrs you are at your most fertile

Dh is normally very obliging but I think we started too early and we've been doing it eod so i think it feels like I've been at him alot, I thought ov would be well before now so abit gutted, defo can't do it tomorrow morning as he's in work, it's either tomorrow night of I cancel my night out ( picked up at 7:15 and dd not in bed til then) and do it tonight? What do you think?!?

Wow when that's a major addiction you've got there! I'm hoping I've done enough this month but not by number of shags, just strategic timing... Not ideal but it was an uphill struggle all the way! Cd 16 today and cycles have been a bit variable - one or two were 24 days!! Usually 28 days tho...

I'm in the strategic timing boat with you, fatas. I'm never going to manage it every day. Or EOD if H2B has anything to do with it! :-/

Yeah, I'm going to have to rely on timing rather than quantity. Keep telling myself 'it just takes one'! CD24 of 26-28 day cycles. Just need to hold out until 15th, that's the plan. Then if it's a BFN I have wedding champagne to look forward to on 16th!

I checked my Amazon order thinking I must have been mistaken but I did order 50 . I have found a couple of the opks in my handbag though.

I'm relying on timing rather than quantity too this month! And quality too as it was nice, relaxed dtd :)

Winkle...you've DTD far more than some of us with your lovely holiday! :-) Though it really does only take once.

The thing that I am clinging to is that the odds of pregnancy are actually very low, so the fact I haven't fallen yet isn't actually statistically wrong. I hate statistics. :-/

Oh, it's not that I'm waiting til I'm late nic, just waiting 14 days after smiley. Let's be honest though, will struggle not to test starting Monday I reckon. Especially since collecting the wee anyway. Easy to pop a test in!!

And it is ever so boring just collecting the wee and not dunking anything in it! I like testing, ha ha.

Oh, I'd forgotten about the smiley the day before mine! I'll be 13dpo then. Though I'm cramping a bit today, which is worrying. I need to last til Thursday for at least a 10 day luteal phase. :-/

Don't worry about the cramping nic I am sure it's not af related (could even be a good think / optimistic hat on).

I've got cramping too and it's only cd20, pretty strange

CD23 for me. Lower back ache too. Also feeling sicky and a massive spot has appeared on my chin! All delightful, typical pre-AF stuff :-/

Yeah I have a volcano about to erupt on my forehead. Last month af was 5 days later than usual, surely it's not going to be a mega mega short cycle now?!

...oh and my weirdest af symptom's just shown up too- some blood in my right nostril...Grrr!

Absolutely no idea about ov, am seriously considering the sticks thing for next cycle. Has your cm calmed down yet?

Yeah, thank god...just one day of hideousness! :-) Still got some, but just normal levels now.

Dulcet was early and I was late last cycle and we are now one day apart! It seems we are keen to synchronise on here. :-)

I know symptom spotting is not cool, but could this be a good sign do you think? I think I may have had some mid cycle cramps last month but can't really remember if this is normal for me or not!
